We recently purchased a property, which was sold via Martyn Gerrard. Jay, the seller's agent, was fantastic - he was professional, helpful, very responsive and friendly. This made the purchase of the flat a positive experience and thanks to Jay's efforts, we managed to get over the line on time for the SDTL holiday in what was a very tight deadline. After visiting many flats and dealing with many estate agents over the last 18 months, I can easily say that Jay was the best and Martyn Gerrard are super lucky to have such a star employee.Thank you Jay and Martyn Gerrard!

I have received regular updates, phone calls, and emails during my search for a home. As most of us know, moving can be a stressful life event - so having consistency in communications ( such as I have received ) has been empowering in the sense of helping me persevere in my search. I have often been asked what my specifications for a home are, and whether they have changed (e.g. location/price etc.) before matches are made - which I find reassuring since it shows I am being listened to, especially in an era that is post Brexit/Covid/interest rate rises, when personal experiences, more than usually, can be constantly changing. Overall, very pleased with the experience.

We had a bumpy start with another estate agent and were a bit wary when we signed up afresh with MG. Despite our initial caginess Arzu was professional, helpful and available throughout the process. We also purchased through another branch at which Raphael was equally responsive and professional. Moving house is horrendous, but these guys definitely didn't make it worse! Would recommend.

Moved in just about a week ago and have had boiler problems since the beginning. Agent was sharp and unhelpful on the FIRST DAY and said we would be charged if someone came out and the boiler was fine. They sent us a link to a manual and that was it. We've been without hot water for days now and I have to chase the property manager each and every time we need to know something including when the plumber is coming and what they're doing. This was over the coldest days of the year so far! Ridiculous...
