Our Camden office, opened in October 2014, is perfectly located in the heart of Camden, on the corner of the iconic Parkway and Arlington Road. Here, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in Camden and its surrounding area, including Primrose Hill to the west, Kentish Town to the north, and beautiful Regent’s Park to the south. Was initially kind of intimidating by the renting experience but Daniel helped to make it painless and reassured me at every turn. He also helped me reach out to the former tenants to help make my transition into my new flat more comfortable. Would keep M&P in mind for future transactions!

Despite many setbacks the advice they gave was always calm and considered and they really worked hard to achieve a great result for us. GoogleWe were very disappointed by the service and by the length of the process and would not recommend working with them. We started looking for a flat with M&P in mid August and by beginning of October there was still no sign of a good property that suited us. Although M&P called me roughly 50 times on my personal phone and showed me between 5 and 10 properties, there was always an issue either with the landlord or with the move in date or with the room sizes. Additionally they withdrew a holding deposit from my personal account without my consent and were unwilling to reimburse me after they realised we were looking to rent a property with another agency.

GoogleBuying a house is a stressful and at times an uncertain process, though we honestly felt we had a great relationship with James Donkin from Marsh and Parsons. He was incredibly helpful and professional in his approach, and more than anything else, honest. Having dealt with a number of estate agents through our search, we felt most were typical sales people only out for themselves and never giving us the full picture with regards to properties. James understood what we wanted and only sent properties to us that were relevant and allowed us time to come back to him with our thoughts, rather than calling everyday whilst we were both incredibly busy at work. He always made time to fit our schedule and really treated us like human beings rather than just another sale on the board. We couldn't recommend someone highly enough as we do James. If you want someone who will be honest and professional, he is the guy you want. Thanks for everything, James.
