Our Camden office, opened in October 2014, is perfectly located in the heart of Camden, on the corner of the iconic Parkway and Arlington Road. Here, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in Camden and its surrounding area, including Primrose Hill to the west, Kentish Town to the north, and beautiful Regent’s Park to the south. This energetic area of London offers an eclectic range of property; from imposing family mansions overlooking Regent’s Park with their large gardens, to charming maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Camden markets. GoogleRubbish experience. No help whatsoever when moving in and trying to liaise with landlord in relation to removing furniture even though they told me the landlord agreed to remove his previous furniture. Spoiler alert he didn’t agree they lied. No support whatsoever when the landlord tried to fraudulently claim half our deposit back. Got harassed by Marsh and Parsons at work numerous times and ended up going to the tenancy deposit scheme to collect our rightful deposit. Which we eventually won. Hardly ever respond to tenants. Constantly told to go to a new person for contact. Made it difficult to raise actual issues because no one would ever respond.

GoogleNo support from them when moving in and told landlord had agreed to remove furniture and he had not. No support when leaving the property and the landlord wanted half the deposit. Just told to pay lots of money to please landlord. Had to go through tenancy deposit scheme to allow us to recieve money as landlord had no grounds. As a renter don't expect any help, only seem to care about you if you're rich and buying.
