The response to queries or issues faced as a tenant is often attended to and resolved swiftly. Recently had a washing machine breakdown in the flat, and Michelle Vasquez who is my property manager was swift in arranging for contractors to diagnose and ultimately fix the issue.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with Johns & Co. Poor communication, unhelpful staff who never take care of issues made the whole process stressful. I would not recommend them. Avoid them at all cost

zero if possible. Unresponsive, unprofessional, last minute cancellations, and basically did not take note of one preference despite asking for extensive details. Avoid unless you want to be homeless.
