GoogleJohn’s & Co dealt with our recent move into a flat as tenants. This was our first time going through the process and Aubrey from the West Hampstead office dealt with it through out. FacebookAbsolutely awful estate agent to deal with. They kept us waiting up to 4 months for a repair, no empathy whatsoever when there were any issues and kept information hidden from the landlord. Little or no action when requested to investigate some issues. We left before the end of our tenancy due to the lack of care by John's and Co. Good try to STEAL our deposit, unfortunately for you, we won the dispute in full. Try investing in improving your customer service instead. I will certainly never ever rent or buy a property through John's and Co again.
