I rented with Johns & Co for almost 4 years. To be fair I was gearing up for a terrible check out experience as it is often the expectation that agents make this difficult and try to deduct as much of your deposit monies as possible. To my surprise, I had a very pleasant check out experience. Jordan Ellis-Hope who managed the entire process was nothing but amazing. She was fair, empathetic and even followed up to check that I had received my deposit money. My expectations were definitely surpassed.

FacebookWe spent 8 months without heat but they didn't care and didn't give us any form of compensation, they accused us of many things like smoking weed, having pets illegaly and told us they even filmed us but don't want to show us the videos!
We arrived in a dirty place that we spent a week to clean but they didn't care at all.
They treated us so badly, I wouldn't recommend this agency at all!
Now, it's been more than a month we left the apartment and they still don't want to refund us for the pro-rata rent and the deposit!
We only got problems with them, STAY AWAY !
