Johns have looked after the letting of our property for over ten years - since it was built.They do it very well. They find reliable tenants and promptly organise the letting process. Ongoing management is efficient, with access to good contractors to do repairs

Had great support from the entire team, I work mostly overseas and not always able to address tenant issues. Johns&Co have so far managed 3 tenancy’s with very little involvement from me, and the appropriate person from the team has always addressed any issues regardless of who I address emails to…..would recommend them, especially if you need full management of the property
