Destini-Rikki changed my view to letting agents, which group usually disappear right after letting deal is done. They indeed provided good service even after trade. Specified clear department / team for each sides of after-trade service. I sincerely wish such group can grow into a large company. Let’s see what they would do when move-out!

GoogleEdit: Updating my review to reflect a really poor post-move experience. After an initially smooth moving experience, the J&C have spent over three months failing to address an issue that could classify the apartment 'uninhabitable' under the Homes Act 2019. This agent is supposed to offer premium service for high-end properties, but you can expect ignored emails and phone calls until you instruct a solicitor. My first pleasant experience of a London agent. I worked with Aubrey in the West Hampstead office who was friendly and professional. He understood what I needed, was not pushy and super proactive on sharing updates and making sure I was happy.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI had an absolutely horrific experience with Johns&Co letting agency, and I highly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. From the moment I paid the holding deposit, the service went completely downhill. Chante Scott, who was my main point of contact, was incredibly unprofessional. As soon as I paid the holding deposit, she stopped responding to my messages and emails altogether. I had to chase her constantly for updates, and even after being promised that my refund would be processed within 5 working days, it took a shocking 3 weeks. I was left in the dark, with no communication, and forced to follow up every single day. It was beyond frustrating. What made the situation even worse was that I had to escalate it to the CEO and directors to get any movement. Their lack of urgency and utter disregard for customer service is appalling. Michael, another staff member, wasn’t much better. His approach was just as unhelpful, and extremely rude and at no point did I feel that anyone at Johns&Co cared about resolving the issue promptly. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability made this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Zero stars if I could give them that!
