Foxtons Camden reviews

We got in touch with Jamal when we enquired about a property. Throughout the entire process from initial enquiry to signed contracts he showed a great deal of clarity and transparency. He was always very responsive and thoughtful, and I am sure that we would not have signed this contract had it not been for Jamal's perseverance. While the process of signing a contract and providing documentation is a big task, it was made infinitely easier and comfortable through Jamal's clear guidance and expertise. He sat with us on the phone for about 40 minutes while we sorted everything out. We had previously spent weeks contacting multiple agents and agencies, and Jamal seems to be an exception among his peers by his friendly demeanour and professionalism. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great experience working with Jamal. We found a place that we liked within a few hours of corresponding with him. He went out to the property the following day to do a virtual viewing with us, since we were yet to arrive to the UK. He was very responsive and kept us updated during the entire process before moving in. You also get offers for utilities that Foxtons collaborates with so that you get them up and running without extra effort, which we appreciated.

When I decided to rent, I chose Foxtons, the bigger company that gave me more security. I was contacted by Jamal, a responsible and efficient agent. He actively recommends properties that meet my conditions and follows up every step of the process. He always answers my questions quickly, which I am very satisfied with. After the viewing, I rented the property I wanted at a relatively satisfactory price. A delightful collaboration, very much looking forward to the stay experience.

Amazing service from Jamal Hussain. I do not really know where to start. I have been looking for a perfect flat for the last month and it has been super difficult to find one with Zero deposit, to my liking, good location and within my budget. I simply called Camden Foxtons to enquire about a property which had been snatched up. Jamal then has spent the last few weeks working with me tirelessly to find the best flat and getting me the best offer. He has been super kind and helpful with my new flat, helping to make sure everything I require is sorted before I move in. Has been a great experience and would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a dedicated estate agent to take your requirements into consideration and understand what you are asking for. Thank you again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This is the worst real estate agent I’ve had to deal with. Only bad surprises. Avoid at all costs.

Jamal Hussein. One of the employees of the Fox Toon Real Estate Office, one of the distinguished people who loves his work. I trust him very much. I contacted him twice to choose an apartment for my family and he always chose what was suitable for me and my family and took great care in explaining the details of things to the client before signing the contract. Although I did not choose the house here, I can still feel the professionalism of the Jamal Hussain during the consultation process. When I finished my request, Jamal Hussain immediately provided me with the corresponding listing, and when a new listing appeared, he sent it to me as soon as possible and asked about my intention. This makes me feel good about them. If you are looking for housing, trust me, you will not regret choosing him.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had been looking for a property for a good few months when I found one I liked through Foxtons. Jamal showed me around and led me through the process from the beginning, and was beyond helpful and responsive. After having a few bad experiences of properties falling through after my offer being accepted, Jamal put my mind at ease by being super communicative. Even when my move in date moved slightly, he went above and beyond and helped me with the delivery issues that came along with that. If you are looking for a property, I would definitely recommend Foxtons and ask for Jamal to manage your experience.

They're absolutely the worse and all the five stars you're seeing. They have asked people to put them there. They're not real five stars review. They'll be nice until they tie you up to a contract and take your money. As for you Jamal, thank you for screwing me over. This has been the worst experience of my life!

I eventually found a property with a different estate agent, but I'm still coming to leave a review because of the service I received from Jamal. It's no surprise to me reading all the other comments about him here - he made me feel like the most important client, came up with alternative options, helped me to negotiate better deals and understand where the market was in a tricky Covid situation. He was attentive and seemed to be available at all hours of the day for a call. It was a pleasure to deal with him.PositiveProfessionalism
