GoogleI can not express enough how happy I am with my experience with Foxtons Camden, mainly Jamal. After my first encounter, I actually felt like I was in safe hands, with my property, he was so easy to communicate with, which has continued throughout our whole process, he is clear and breaks everything down and answered all questions. He prompt response, gives me the feeling that he really cares and is efficient, knowing naturally I'm not the only client, I am very impressed with his quality of service. As a team I experienced good communication and supportive attitudes all round, everyone was very helpful, anyone that I had liaised with have complemented and reflect my experience that I initially found with Jamal. GoogleWe got in touch with Jamal when we enquired about a property. Throughout the entire process from initial enquiry to signed contracts he showed a great deal of clarity and transparency. He was always very responsive and thoughtful, and I am sure that we would not have signed this contract had it not been for Jamal's perseverance. While the process of signing a contract and providing documentation is a big task, it was made infinitely easier and comfortable through Jamal's clear guidance and expertise. He sat with us on the phone for about 40 minutes while we sorted everything out. We had previously spent weeks contacting multiple agents and agencies, and Jamal seems to be an exception among his peers by his friendly demeanour and professionalism. Cannot recommend highly enough!

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Jamal. We found a place that we liked within a few hours of corresponding with him. He went out to the property the following day to do a virtual viewing with us, since we were yet to arrive to the UK. He was very responsive and kept us updated during the entire process before moving in. You also get offers for utilities that Foxtons collaborates with so that you get them up and running without extra effort, which we appreciated.

He actively recommends properties that meet my conditions and follows up every step of the process. He always answers my questions quickly, which I am very satisfied with. I have been looking for a perfect flat for the last month and it has been super difficult to find one with Zero deposit, to my liking, good location and within my budget. I simply called Camden Foxtons to enquire about a property which had been snatched up. Jamal then has spent the last few weeks working with me tirelessly to find the best flat and getting me the best offer. He has been super kind and helpful with my new flat, helping to make sure everything I require is sorted before I move in. GoogleI had been looking for a property for a good few months when I found one I liked through Foxtons. Jamal showed me around and led me through the process from the beginning, and was beyond helpful and responsive. After having a few bad experiences of properties falling through after my offer being accepted, Jamal put my mind at ease by being super communicative. Even when my move in date moved slightly, he went above and beyond and helped me with the delivery issues that came along with that. If you are looking for a property, I would definitely recommend Foxtons and ask for Jamal to manage your experience.
