Chestertons in Fulham recently helped us find a new place to live. Issy - who was our rep - shared places that were relevant and was always able to work around our schedule to view them. She took our brief and was spot on each time with her recommendations - with other agents, we wasted a load of time in viewings that were far off - conversely we offered on 2/2 of the places we viewed with Issy.When a place came up we loved, Issy moved quickly to help us secure it, arranged second viewings to help the move-in and stayed close to the work happening / needed to make sure it was done. Any challenges that came up, Issy was on top of and solved quickly, usually with 24h.We were always made to feel like we were a priority for Issy and it’s been great working with her throughout the process.

We had such a delightful time during our tenancy thanks to her assistance. The team at Pendletons seem very organised; Lorna was great helping me to find and secure an apartment and Suzan made sure the moving in process was smoothly handled. To be honest I initially thought the slogan "you can depend on Pendletons" was a little on the cheesy side, but I did feel I could depend on them! Also, Rebecca, who handled the inventory on moving in, was completely awesome and genuinely interested. Would highly recommend.

We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles. After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons, we were assured it would be fully furnished, but when we arrived, furniture promised in the flat, such as a sofa, was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them. We were offered a small compensation amount, and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs, she threatened to hold the money they offered.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After speaking with the team, we are aware that you were offered a fair compensation value, bearing in mind that the sofa previously in situ would have been second or even third hand. Initially you were in disagreement of the amount, so we placed the compensation offer on hold until a resolution was reached. We then received notification that you were happy to proceed with this and we sent the funds over immediately. We hope this clarifies the matter and if you have any further queries, please do let us know.

Kara Bluitt and her team at Chestertons Fulham clearly cannot resist the temptation to take money that isn't theirs. They tried to just skim a few hundred pounds out of our deposit for no reason. When confronted with the fact that the "defects" they were keen to charge us for were actually detailed as pre-existing in the check-in inventory, they wouldn't even bother to reply. They would repeatedly blame delays on the owners. Eventually I had to contact the owners myself to resolve the matter and eureka, 4 months later, we finally have our deposit back. Throughout our tenancy, whenever maintenance issues would arise, they would send strictly their contractors, who would not solve the issue but happily charge the owners.

In this case, your landlord had originally determined to make claims indicated by the checkout report but was persuaded subsequently to remove those claims by the property management team. We are sorry that you do not view this or our interactions regarding maintenance works positively but want to assure you that any costs from the deposit are to the benefit of the landlord and we are always looking to protect our clients and tenants from unnecessary costs.We advise tenants throughout the check-out process the timescales for raising a dispute with TDS and this remained an option for you throughout. TDS will adjudicate independently and such a dispute can be raised as soon as the tenancy ends. We can see that you elected not to raise a dispute here but we are pleased that the matter was ultimately resolved.

After I call Ms Shanya, and the engineer came quickly to resolve the issue. I’m happy to see that the kitchen drain is no longer leaking. Chestertons merger with Featherstone Leigh is a disaster. Rent coming in late what is going on?Oh I know, Chestertons delaying rent to keep a bit of interest.Anyway once my lease is up I will be off to another agent.Oh and the letting manager leaves at 4pm😱Not to mention left hand not knowing what right hand is doing.Would you like to rent one of your flats, FL already have it you fools.😂😂😂Hence you have it.
