Ben Nyborg guided us through whole process from viewings to handover of keys - always very approachable and quick to respond helpfully to queries. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

GoogleEmily and Rachel showed us a lovely property which we've now taken. They were both warm and friendly through the whole process and best of all we have not been hassled with up-selling or found our details sold to 3rd parties for marketing, unlike most other agents! Googlerented a property through these guys, they charged me an extra day (when i told them i moved out a month earlier than end of tenancy) and "lost" the record of some bills i paid. Supremely unscrupulous and unprofessional, if you must deal with them i would recommend thorough paper trails and perhaps a lawyer :PNegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleRachel Hayward really raised the bar of our whole experience with rental finding and visiting. Communication was fast and easy, Rachel responded to our every question with great details. GoogleExcellent service relating to repairs to flat - replacement of bathroom extractor fan. Await fixing of kitchen cupboard however have every reason to consider the action will be prompt. Will report on this aspect when the repair is complete for that job.

GoogleJust don't do it to yourself. They'll make you wait an eternity for your deposit return for no clear reason, be hugely misleading in their correspondence, and ultimately try and rinse you for every penny you're worth. From reading other reviews I'm certainly not the only one, so it's obvious this is a problem that Tucker Gardner have absolutely no interest in resolving.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery poor customer service. Since renting from this company, many times we have been promised a call back but no joy! Every time we are referred to a different property manager... not much gets done. Purely money driven. They don’t care about customers and their experience and they make it quiet clear. GoogleMy experience with Tucker Gardner as a tenant has been nothing short of horrible. I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. You can never get though to speak with any of the letting agents as they are always busy. And of course they never return your call. Absolutely shocking service!

GoogleI contacted several agencies throughout Cambridge as we have a pet beagle and finding a place close by which we liked seemed impossible.Manjurar contacted me immediately when one became available and worked hard to close the deal in short time as I had to fly back to Australia and the landlord was offshore.I cannot fault his commitment and we love the location

GoogleTook 3 full months to return our deposit, even when both tenants and landlord were in agreement it should be returned in full, and actively chasing up. Couldn't have been less helpful if they'd been deliberately obstructive. Not worth dealing with.
