I have been in a legal battle with my ex husband and have been trying to get information with so resi regarding the trasnfer of equity.I called SEVERAL times, left messages, along with emails and NO ONE has got back to me.Each time, I ask about my issue, I get a different response.How is it possible, that a company just doesn't care about their customers?

I had a fantastic experience working with the housing association, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Renne and Jade. Renne has been instrumental in helping me find the right apartment, going above and beyond to answer all my questions about shared ownership. Despite her busy schedule, she consistently considered my needs and kept me well-informed throughout the process.Jade was equally wonderful during the second viewing, patiently explaining the next steps and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Both Renne and Jade have been incredibly responsive and supportive, making this journey much smoother.I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the sales process goes ahead, but regardless, I am deeply appreciative of the outstanding support and service provided by Renne and Jade. We would like to thank So Resi for selling our flat so quickly. We were provided detailed instructions from day one and were talked through the whole process step by step. So Resi were very flexible with viewings and helped to sell the property in a quick and professional manner. A huge thank you to Klaudia Miara who was extremely helpful with the sale and managed to push through our sale on our preferred date. Klaudia kept us constantly updated with progress and would often work late to ensure everything was in hand with the solicititors and the seller. Klaudia was bubbly, kind and checked in with a phone call and email when we completed on our new house, which was very kind. Thank you once again for all your hard work!

Lubna Suarez was our Resales Consultant and she was brilliant at answering our questions and helping us through the process to find a buyer for our property. We were nervous it would take a while to sell our property but a buyer was found in less than a week! The So Residential office can sometimes take a while to get through to anyone but once contact was made and we were able to speak to Lubna, she was very helpful!

I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment recently and was completely miss-sold the property.The apartment has no sound proofing fitted withing the walls or ceiling so I am currently able to hear the level of noise from the apartment above me and the top floor yet was told on sales that the property would have concrete flooring between apartment as well as a adequate level of sound proofing between.I have observed that my apartment's postbox does not have a number associated with it, despite assurances that this would be corrected. After 7 months, a sticker was finally placed on it, but no further action was taken. Additionally, it was promised that each parking bay would have live wire underneath for a car charger, but this turned out to be untrue.I found that Elliz was not responsive or helpful during the sales process. He gave conflicting information and often brushed off my inquiries with the standard response of "I'm not sure how I can help with this." I am disappointed with SO-RESI and their sister company MVTH, as none of the issues I raised have been addressed properly. This experience has soured my opinion of SO-RESI, and I will not be purchasing another property through them in the future.

Roy was very helpful in handling my enquiry over the phone. He was able to give me clarity in his answers to my questions. He also emailed the the necessary documents and information to me while on the phone. The overall experience from Roy was excellent (5 stars) however, I was passed from 3 different departments before I finally got to Roy in After-sales. There was no clear contact number to call on their website for after-sales team. Providing this information from the outset would of made it a smoother experience.

Roy was very helpful in giving clear answer to my query. Necessary documents and information were also emailed to me while on the phone.Unfortunately, the offer I was asking about; 25% off to help pay off equity loan, had already ended. Not enough time was given to customers to act upon the offer and it is now reducing to 20%.I received the offer letter around September, while dealing with a health issue, and it expired in December!As a key worker, I would really appreciate it if 25% offer was extended for a few more months to give us a real opportunity to pay off the loan.

I’ve purchased my new flat at age of 20 from Soresi Bracknel and i found the entire process to very fast and easy, thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable ladies from Soresi, Jacqui and Sonita, and the mortgage advisors and solicitors they suggested I could use. We started the process of buying a 1 bed flat in November 2023 and got the keys on the 18th of January 2024. The flat is bright, airy and modern. I can honestly say that I am really happy with the entire experience and glad to pay less for the mortgage and rent together than I should’ve if I was renting. I greatly recommend Soresi Bracknell! And I can add, the post-moving in experience is also great, every email I send is responded to in a matter of minutes, which is amazing and unexpected. Thank you, ladies!
