Seems almost impossible to speak with, get acknowledgement to my application or get a reply to emails with regards my great interest in one of their properties .If that’s how they ignore potential new customers I wonder how existing shared ownership residents fare ???

With the help of Rita and Sandhiya, we now own our very first apartment in London! They’ve been really helpful and always quick to respond to emails, and arranged a viewing with short notice. They’ve been really understanding when we asked to view the property again and very helpful throughout the whole process in general. I’d like to mention also Enebi (new home service team) and Katie (progression team) who have been equally helpful. Big shout out to the whole team at So Resi Ealing, each one of you has been great!

Zoe and Karen have been excellent, very understanding of the difficulties that have cropped up for us and giving us extra time to deal with them. Minor gripe in that we were initially told we had a year to provide documents, then this was revised to a week, creating time pressure on us. When meeting this deadline proved difficult, we were given more time to deal with the issues, though, and that has now been overcome. Both ladies have been friendly, helpful and pleasant throughout the process. If your case is dealt with by these two, you will be fortunate.

On a whole so resi have been good, the initial process of viewing my first shared ownership flat was easy and the process seemed easy enough. It has proved rather difficult, I completed in July and had some teething issues but Christelle in the London progression team has been a fantastic contact throughout. Her customer service has been second to none, she has communicated clearly, been transparent about issues and provided clear guidance and timelines. Even to this day is helping me with issues that aren’t necessarily her issue. If all representatives across other companies presented themselves in this way I’m sure complaints would be few and far between. Thank you.
