Excellent service from Sandhiya Mohindra at SO Resi Greenford. Sandhiya was great during the viewing and sales process, gave a huge amount of useful information and advice. Telephone and email queries were dealt with promptly.

FacebookWe brought our house with TVH who was excellent, it changed to So Resi and the service is Awful can never get through to the department you need and get fobbed off by them saying "we have passed a message for them to call You" yet despite emails and phone calls absolutely nothing!! AVOID IF YOU CAN

Abysmal. Deliberately impossible to contact. Slow, obstructive and incommunicative. Horrid experience. Hope others survived this wretched programme more or less intact. So glad we have been able to move on. Altogether a very expensive and difficult path. We survived by sheer luck and bloody minded determination. Save yourself and find another way.

Emailed for a week with no response. Finally get through to someone and the property is already under offer.I've seen a few other people have had the same experience.It seems that they just can't be bothered to respond to anyone to let them know if it's no longer available. They also don't bother updating their available properties.

We had a wonderful experience exchanging messages, meeting and viewing a property with Karen at So Resi Cambourne. She was welcoming and kind especially to our two toddlers with tantrums. She answered all our queries, very knowledgable about the properties and was very honest with her information which is very important to us. She was also very considerate to our situation. Very hopeful going forward in this journey having someone like Karen.
