Since we have started our journey of purchasing our home, the Sales Consultants have been nothing but amazing! He is always able to keep me up-dated and ensures any questions I have are dealt with. He has been extremely transparent with the sale and ensures that I am not panicking and constantly puts me at ease knowing where we are with the sale every step of the way. I can only imagine how busy he must be, dealing with other buyers, but he is always a phone call away and responds efficiently to calls and e-mails. I would certainly recommend the Sales Consultants to others looking to purchase within a shared ownership as they're: reliable, transparent, efficient and knowledgeable.

I’m just in the process of buying my first home through shared ownership in Farnham. Andrea and Stephanie have been absolutely amazing from being at the end of the phone answering all my questions(I’ve had loads) to do viewings with me multiple times of a few flats and around the grounds. 1- the drainage in my shower room does not have enough fall leaving a horrible smell constantly have to put a flannel covering the hole to avoid my room smelling like sewage. Got into so resi and had no reply of phone call back ever. 2- one parking space per plot. I am CONSTANTLY stressing about this as visitors. Delivery drivers park in my bay!! it’s so frustrating. A few weeks ago a car was in my space for over 24 hours. I came back with shopping and my two nephews so I parkOn the side clearly showing my permit and a note stating some one is in my space. Within hours I was issued with a parking ticket!!!! when I appealed this tickets showing full evidence of the car in my space and my car showing my permit they rudely declined. Got ontoMetropolitan and they didn’t seem to care either. My point is. You pay for a space but if some one is In it you have to park off site or your get a lovely 100 pound fine!!! 3- you pay a big service charge. Half the stuff does not even get done. Example. My windows have not once been washed (maybe because I am on top floor) but why should I have to pay for it in that case. Lift constantly breaking down weeks on end. This scheme is ment to help people ( it does not)

We couldnt be happier with the help we got from Tem and the SO Resi team. From start to finish they made the whole process really simple for us.It was amazing having Andrea from the progression team keep us updated weekly. This was our first time purchasing a property so having Andrea help us through, letting us know what paperwork needed signing, etc, was extremely helpful.Tem & a colleague were also there upon completion to run through warranty on appliances, how to function the boiler, etc.Overall we are extremely please and will recommend the SO Resi team to anyone looking to buy a property.

I saw a property with Andrea a few months back and I liked it, but I told her that if it was on the ground floor it would be perfect and to keep me in mind if anything came up. A few months later I received an email from Andrea letting me know that a ground floor had become re-available and would I like to see it! It was absolutely perfect for me and I was so happy that Andrea had kept me in mind after all those months!

Had no problems buying and throughout my lease with So Resi, unfortunately selling through them has been an absolute nightmare. Unprofessional, unhelpful no continuity between sales teams and expensive. Genuinely the most stressful year and a half of my life, wouldn't give you one star if I hadn't had to!!

I’m waiting on the sale of an apartment that I have inherited and he advised to wait for that sale to go through so I could buy 60% of my home in one go as I live in an expensive part of SW London. He was a pleasure to speak with and answered all my questions.

This is my first experience of selling a home, and Kieran and Jade have both been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to queries. I did have a hiccup earlier in the process with one Resales Consultant who did not respond to any questions or queries, but fortunately I was moved to Kieran who was great at supporting with the viewings part of the process, and then to Jade who supported with the next steps. Thankyou both for making what had started out as quite a frustrating process into a very easy and smooth process for me!

Excellent service from Sandhiya Mohindra at SO Resi Greenford. Sandhiya was great during the viewing and sales process, gave a huge amount of useful information and advice. Telephone and email queries were dealt with promptly.

FacebookWe brought our house with TVH who was excellent, it changed to So Resi and the service is Awful can never get through to the department you need and get fobbed off by them saying "we have passed a message for them to call You" yet despite emails and phone calls absolutely nothing!! AVOID IF YOU CAN
