I was nervous when coming to sell my flat but Lubna has made the experience so straight forward and easy. She has emailed me every step of the way detailing what has been happening with my buyer and has answered all of my (many) questions within the same day.The so Resi portal as been easy to use and also details each step that has been completed making the whole selling process straight forward.

Roy assisted our solicitor and us very professionally throughout our house sale so we could reimburse our keyworker scheme equity loan and this was done very smoothly. My advice for anyone thinking of taking out one of these loans or schemes is to see a financial advisor first,we did not and paid for it. Our equity loan served us a purpose and got us on the property ladder but we have repaid much more on a much higher interest rate than we would have done if we would have re-mortgage earlier or waited to build a higher deposit. As this type of scheme is for Keyworkers which obviously includes a massive umbrella of staff such as teachers doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc I feel there should be an upper limit to the profit/interest MTVH can charge/make not simply keep rising with the value of your property.

Had a viewing with this company and all was going well at first. The person showing us the house was not the person we would be dealing with in purchasing the property which was a bit strange but I over looked it. The few weeks after that has been hell. We sent the agent the forms and papers required and wouldn't get any contact back saying they were received. They then contacted us saying they hadn't received them then a few days later said they had. Then we tried contacting them through email, text messages and phone calls every other day to see the progress and what else we need to do. They wouldn't pick up our call (even though it was during opening hours) they wouldn't reply to our emails or messages. They then had the audacity to lie and say they weren't getting any contact from us and due to that they had already sold the property to someone else. To anyone wanting to deal with this company, I would strongly advice that you don't

When visiting the building Jade showed us through all the different apartments we were interested in and gave a very thorough tour of the development. Her support along with the rest of the team throughout the purchasing process has been great!

After having had very bad service from another consultant and which delayed my flat buying process. Once Pa Manneh took over my experience with resi really turned around. Pa has kept me in the loop with everything and has been in constant contact and updating me throughout. His communication is brilliant and service is fantastic.He was very reassuring and ensured targets were met and things got done.Thank you Pa for everything you are an asset to Resi and they need more people like you on the team as this could have easily been a bad review but you restored my faith in resi.I hope this service continues as I am now a tenant of so resi.Thank you,Nazuma

My after sales representative was excellent, Holly Moran. Responses to queries were always quick and well informed. staircasing can be a lot to deal with, a lot of information to process, with forms etc. And it can be very stressful but dealing with Holly removed the stress from the housing association side. A+ service

Holly Moran in the After Sales Team has been an absolute pleasure and joy to work with from start to finish. Her impeccable communication skills and cheerful persona has made a usually stressful situation manageable and easy - some would say too easy! She is reliable and hard working, also more importantly if she couldn't find the answer to a question she would get back in touch promptly. I would highly recommend working with So Resi if you are looking at a straight forward and simpler way to purchase this is the way forward.

My experience with So Resi has not been great at all. I had to call several times to chase for my account to be closed and a refund processed. I was sent to various departments with minimal help offered for the best part of 3 months. This review is more so for the services of Pa Manneh. Once Mr Manneh got involved, he told me to give him a week and that he would sort everything out and offer a refund. Within 3 working days, Pa sorted my account and provided a refund as promised. What was more impressive, Pa gave me a call everyday to provide updates. A truly first class service and many thanks to Pa who seems to be the only competent person at this company.
