I am in the midst of the shared ownership purchase process as we speak and would have liked to have waited until the process was complete to leave a review, but currently have no idea when it will be. If I was leaving this review for Sue Inman or Andrea Airs it would be 5 stars. Both have been supportive and helpful from the start, and done their best to make the process smoother. Sadly, I could not leave 5 stars for any organisation who uses Metro Finance. They are an absolute mess. My advice to anyone starting the shared ownership is SECURE YOUR MORTGAGE FIRST BEFORE YOU'RE LEFT AT THE MERCY OF METRO. Secondly, everyone seemed to be telling me I would have completed by the end of September. For WEEKS now however, my solicitor has been trying to resolve a contract issue (affecting all properties in the scheme area) with SoResi solicitors and at last contact have still had no response. This has caused some huge stress and worry my end as I have no idea what is happening currently, nor when anything will be sorted. Therefore, another star lost for this - whether this is the fault of SoResi or not, it is their solicitors who seem to be delaying the process, mine are not. Overall, I would recommend SoResi as a shared ownership seller, I would just inform yourself thoroughly about the process, do not assume their timeline is accurate due to the companies they collaborate with for financial advice for clients and conveyancing for themselves. If I do end up with a prompt and successful resolution I will update this review to 4 stars. Edit"" Updated to 4 stars as contract issue is now resolved.

What a great company, what a great duo! As a first time buyer, the whole process of buying a property is extremely daunting but Temel and Ellis at SO Resi Times Square make it so much easier! They've been patient and informative at each stage, even outside of business hours, explaining procedures and making sure I had everything I needed. Can't recommend them enough!

I am finding the selling experience very difficult, everything is very slow, lack of communication from Soresi, I’m in the complete dark as to what is going on. It has taken potential buyers to contact me telling me they want to buy be can’t get any response from Soresi, this is very worrying when I could lose buyers. The only thing that’s gone well is the pictures, the company were really nice.

FacebookYou have excellent sales progression consultants. However, I have been waiting for your solicitors to complete the paperwork transfers for my property for over 7 weeks now. Handover of the property happened over two months ago. I dont understand why the paper work transfer is taking so long. Is there any way I can properly escalate this issue?
So why So Resi are you causing me So Much pain? 3 years to sell a house with shared ownership. How is that efficient use of my time and taxes? I feel So Resi is just saying So What because you have charged me £10,000 So Far for nothing and continue to charge me without being willing to sell your share. So Unfair.

My daughter has been trying to puchase a resale property since the beginning of October. She has no had to move out of her rental property and my grandson has lost his school place. It is an absolute nighrmare. The seller cannot answer solicitor enquiries on header lease and SORESI are not providing info
