We recently sold our shared ownership property with SoResi. It was relatively straight forward to begin with, and SoResi were good at helping us organise the sale of the property including the photography, listing and viewings. On a couple of occasions there was miscommunication around the viewings and if someone would be there to show the potential buyers round.The property didn’t take too long to sell but it was after this stage that we felt a little lost. We were transferred from one sales consultant to another and there was a lot of chasing from our side as to what needed doing.The sale process took much longer than expected but our senior resales consultant, Pa Manneh, was very helpful in pushing things towards the finish line and chasing down the relevant parties. He was much faster at replying to emails than I’d previously experienced with SoResi, and was happy to chat over the phone when needed. (The fact the process took longer was due to the solicitors on the buyers side).I’ve seen in previous reviews that there is a bit of misunderstanding around the fee that SoResi take to sell your property. We initially thought it was 1% of the sale fee, but in fact it’s 1% of the value of the property. I’m sure they include it in the small print somewhere along the line but I think this could have been made more transparent.Shared ownership isn’t for everyone so please make sure you do all your research before opting for this scheme.

Been turned down a couple of times with the moving date. I had to sort out my mortgage asap in December and be ready to move in January, since then I'm being called every month with a new moving-in date. We are in March now and I still don't know when I can move in! Avoid guys
