During those stressful time Pa made sure to communicate by email and phone at each step and Pa stepped in to accelerate some process when it was too slow.

TrustpilotAvoid!!!
Avoid!!!! Getting you in to purchase is all good... as soon as you are locked in this HAS to be the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I am not normally someone who would complain but with soresi it is simply the only way to get anything done. When you are trying to sell you rplace, they have no incentive to sell it as they are still recieving rent from you. Their team is over stretched and they cannot service everyone but it does not matter as to them.. they still get paid. They avoid all emails until you have to complain to get any type of response from them. And even on my most recent complaint, the person handling the complaint has had to extend the hearing period 3 times as she is not getting a response from the team... All I can say is I wish I had never bought with soresi. Truly awful.

TrustpilotKlaudia
Klaudia, was a good agent from SoResi that help us during our house process. The only thing I would say that was a little bit frustrating was trying to get hold of Klaudia, as her phone line would not connect, which meant I had to keep in trying until the line connected or I would have to send an email. Other than that the service was ok, just need to work on their communicating with clients more often, than the client chasing all the time

TrustpilotOutstanding Pa Manneh
I normally don't write reviews however for Pa I thought it is only right that I do. Throughout the sale of our property, Pa kept us regularly updated, communicated with all parties and ensured that the deadline for exchange was met as he promised me when we had our first conversation. Throughout the process, anything we asked Pa, he came back with the correct responses in a timely fashion. What impressed me the most was whenever the solicitors delayed matters, Pa got in touch with everyone to ensure that we are back on track.Keep up the great work Pa, your company are lucky to have you.

TrustpilotHalf way through the buying process
We are currently half way though the process of buying a shared ownership flat. So far the process has been very smooth, with loads of information provided via email, on the website and during the actual viewing. We were showed around the properties by Andrea. She was very nice and also super informed. Since the viewing we have been communicating with her via email and phone and she has once again been answering our questions speedily and thoroughly. Highly recommend her and the service.
