Not always easy to make phone contact, but initially Lubna, then Kieran, and then Falon for the final stages were always very pleasant, courteous and helpful in a complicated three-way process involving simultaneous staircasing and sale of the house -- especially when very belated, bemusing spanners were thrown into the works by the purchaser's solicitors. Many thanks to all of you.

We are in the process of selling our property through So Resi and our sales rep has been Ariana Rasic. She has been incredibly helpful and answers phone calls or responds to emails almost immediately. She is so friendly and approachable and has been in frequent contact with us throughout the process. She has made the whole experience stress-free and we are so grateful to have had her excellent support, knowledge and advice to guide us through the process.

Just bought my first home via shared ownership with SoResi. Shared ownership is (unfortunately) the only realistic way to afford the size I need as i needed a second room for my son. Elliz Kamil, our sales rep, was very helpful throughout the process and made himself available whenever possible as well as answered many questions. There are inevitable 'snagging' issues tbc with the property but the staff at SoResi have been helpful and confirm they have these issues in hand.

The response i received from my application was very swift, action by every team was speedily carried out, what i saw physically exceeded my expectations to be honest. The process is so fast and i recommend this awesome team(so resi) to anyone interested on being on the property ladder, they make the steps easy to understand and hassle free. I am in the middle of the sale of a shared property. So Resi rarely reply to emails or phone calls and when they do, they don't answer questions raised. I've already wasted over 3 months on this with no end in sight. Short of engaging a second solicitor to investigate this, there seems to be little I can do.

Cannot get through to anyone! Tried calling (put on hold for over 10 minutes each time) left messages, emails and had absolutely nothing back yet still receiving postal mail from them advertising their services and advising me to get in touch. I've never found it so hard to get in touch with any other company. I don't know how they are in business!

Selective customer- if they don't like you they put you on the "black list". We tried 2 years in different places to get a place with this company sale or resale. Getting to talk with mortgage brokers no success but if you have an independent broker guess what a different result. So is better to choose different companies. Thank you for nothing

Your team took weeks and months to answer enquiries and gave infrequent updates to the solicitor leaving me and my solicitor in the dark. The sale would have gone through much quicker if enquiries were answered within the 10 days I was frequently told it would take.I’m delighted the sale has gone through and I no longer need to deal with the housing association anymore.

I am in the process of selling my shared ownership property. If I had a choice I would not use SoResi to sell. The information on their website is good and the portal they use seems good, however, I have had a poor service from the beginning. I was assigned Lubna Suarez to deal with my sale and unfortunately if I had a choice I would not choose Lubna. She was slow at responding to emails and when she did they were often short and not the most helpful. It would be a lot easier if she picked up the phone to keep you in the loop. I was constantly having to chase Lubna to find out how we were progressing, I felt like I was doing her job for her. I was so frustrated one day as I couldn’t get hold of her via email or phone so in the end I went directly to my potential buyer and got more information out of them. I raised my concerns and frustration over email with Lubna and I got no apology for the service I had received, she did not acknowledge my frustration and just went on to answer a question I had. I even had a few viewers mention they are frustrated with SoResi as they had waited a while for further information. I even believe we lost viewers because of their poor customer service. I found it all really embarrassing. I am now under offer so I have been assigned someone else to deal with the legal side. I am praying I have a better experience. Overall, SoResi and Lubna have provided a poor customer service and if I had a choice I would not use either.
