I signed a Conditional Offer letter with So Resi on the 17th February to purchase a Shared Ownership property - where I was assigned 'resales progression consultant', Paul Aird. Since this date I have had zero communication with anyone from So Resi, apart from an email sent to myself, the seller and both party's solicitors which contained incorrect information! I've attempted to contact Paul and the general resales email address on multiple occasions via phone call and email and have been ignored every single time. Despite my mortgage advisor and solicitors best efforts, the purchase of the property has hit a complete standstill and I'm completely at a loss as to how to talk to anyone at So Resi to find a resolution. At this point it's looking like a much safer option to pull out completely, despite having to pay initial fees to my solicitor. Is anyone able to provide an alternative email address or portal for complaint at So Resi?

Only time So Resi were good on a customer service basis was during the purchase stage. Anything after that was terrible, unresponsive, and did not take responsibility for anything. For example, windows were never cleaned even though it clearly stated in the service contract that it is part of the service charge. Overall I would advise people to avoid So Resi if possible.

Having moved a substantial distance from the flat I am selling, to be able to have much of the administrativework explained and handled on line was of great benefit. The process, however, was complicated somewhat latterly by the introduction of Checkboard which delayed matters. Fortunately a dialogue with a dedicated contact of SOResi resolved these issues.

Despite giving very good notice of the sale, and requesting the mangement pack in good time, a month later I was told "we are just going to request a mangement pack for you". Sadly everything else appeared to my opinion to be done super-slowly. On the plus side, the tone in which I was dealt with when talking on the phone or interacting via email was always upbeat, polite and respectful. I suspect that they have too little staff doing too much even though they mean well.

I was very pleased with my house search in Cambourne and found So Resi. I was very well assist with my viewing by Karen P and Susan I. The viewing and allocation took place very fast after I contacted. All information was ready when I need. I have been in contact with many HA in the last few month and have found Karen, So Resi in particular very efficient and very well communicated. For me, fast communication and details are a very important. I did not have to chase for any information at all. The team made be feel comfortable and have my trust on taking my big step of my life.I would recommend the team and So Resi as I have a a super positive experience from them!

The gift that just keeps giving! I have experienced nothing but the best when it comes to customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting with Karen prior to view my new home and it was honestly like meeting up with an old friend. From the support when I got emotional from being so happy and overwhelmed to the interior design tips (I’m trying to hire her as my interior designer lool). I would highly recommend SoResi.

Really poor service from start to finishI wasted about 2 months in the initial so resi sales process to then be told I should go straight to an open market sale due to internal So Resi problems. Delayed / no responses - weeks of delays meant delays in putting the property on the market and anxieties as to what was happening and potential risk in losing the buyer when an offer had been made. Very hard to speak to someone throughout the process. Not a personal or helpful process at all. It was crazy having a different process for open market 100% sale vs 30% sale, eg surveyor valuation had to be a different amount depending on which route. My route changed last minute to become a 30% one rather than 100% one and then could have lost my sale as a result. Automated notification emails were in the wrong order, eg mortgage offer approved on completion date was not good and received after the exchange had been completed email.The list goes on of problems I experienced.
