I’ve tried to contact the Resales team for months to try get a matter to sorted and I’ve got nowhere. I was put in contact with Senior Consultant Pa Manneh who assured me he will investigate this matter and get it rectified. Pa Manneh managed to sort out an issue that has been going on for months within two days- he was progressional and kept me up to date throughout. I wish I dealt with him sooner.

Consistently poor service, call centre while always polite were often unable to help and would offer ‘a call back’ which more often than not was not received. Slow when you need them to be fast. Anytime anything needed to get done it had to be raised to management.Avoid where possible.

At the beginning, there was no one to talk to and all communication through email onlyThere was not even the option to leave a voicemail message asking to return my callIt took over three weeks just to arrange a valuation and another week after the valuation was emailed to Soresi to get a photographer in to take pictures so very poor service up to the point of the property going live two days ago
