Still have no access to online portal, confirmed sale via email and didn't get a choice on viewing times or day. Then have several emails saying we had viewings on a day we was out.

I dealt with So-Resi when staircasing my property to 100% and my point of contact was Pa Manneh who was amazing throughout! As an estate agent myself I know how frustrating it can be when you don’t receive regular updates regarding your sale or purchase. I was extremely impressed with Pa’s professionalism and regular contact throughout the process and he went above and beyond to make sure the purchase went through before the stamp duty deadline as the mortgage offer came in at the 11th hour. I would definately recommend his services for any else who decides to staircase their own shared ownership property.Thanks again Pa!

Dorothy has really made this experience easy for myself, great member of staff and always goes above and beyond when ive asked her for assistance. My review would be five stars but I find it very hard to get in touch with my estate agent which can be frustrating.

Terrible service, poor communication. Never able to reach anyone always having to ring on multiple occasions and having to chase them. No one explained how the sale process would work. All in all very poor service and would not recommend.

I was selling my shared ownership and didn't have a great start due to unknown reasons to me. However near the end I had a great staff support that made me feel that some of the staff are offering 5 star service specially Lubna Suarez who did a brilliant job in moving the process forward. She has been an excellent star.

FacebookWould select zero stars if I could. If you are thinking of handing any money over to So Resi please take my advice and look elsewhere. Some good staff members but a really poor and dismissive experience overall. Have not had a call back since 2020. We are stuck in a 1 bedroom flat with 4 of us and because of a cladding issue, are not 'allowed' to sell this flat. We are stuck with no solution and dismissive conversations never following up or calling us back. I have called over 50 times since 2020 (to today) and beverly ever have had a call back. This is a very serious situation and if we were council, would have been moved as a safeguarding issue but as we are private, get treated differently. Nobody takes ownership of our issues and often feel as if they are seeing us as a 'pain' or a 'pester'. We are stuck. We have both become sick from this and have missed many days of work trying to get this sorted and nothing prevails. Everytime I call I need to tell the entire story again, starting from the sale of this flat in 2019 that fell through due to the pandemic then losing our 2nd buyer as there is cladding on my flat. They have appx 100k of my money and have said that they will categorically not take the flat back and give us our money so we can get a mortgage on a house to fit my growing family. We had 2 mortgages on 2 houses and lost both and 2 years later, are still trapped in this 1 bedroom flat. Other that going to the ombudsman and the newspapers I am not sure what to do next. This is almost killing me and I can guarantee that I will get a generic 'sorry' email here to make sure that the public see that they are responsive and shocked that this has happened. Its extremely tiring. If someone with some status in So Resi reads this, please call me urgently so we can get this sorted and my children, partner and me moved in to a house with a garden that actually accommodates 4 of us, not a 1 bedroom flat. It is appalling. So please do not even think about giving a penny of your money to this company, I guarantee that will be the biggest mistake and investment of you cash you will ever make. Take my word.

In general I've had a good experience. Sometimes I find it hard to speak to someone. My appointed aftersale consultant Roy, has been brilliant. He keeps me in the loop to where we are at. Overall So Resi have been great and we are only half way into buying equity back.

Hi on my 1st viewing no one from soresi turned up and on the 2 nd viewing soresi lady was very late I showed the viewer round myself soresi turned up as the veiwer was leaving ,so personally I wasn’t that impressed.
