I spoke with a lady called Dorothy Adjobia who was most helpful. She was patient and I felt totally supported as a first time buyer. She went above and beyond to find the best solution and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I went round the houses prior to getting through to her and she took ownership of the call. In general I've had a good experience. Sometimes I find it hard to speak to someone. My appointed aftersale consultant Roy, has been brilliant. He keeps me in the loop to where we are at. Overall So Resi have been great and we are only half way into buying equity back.

Hi on my 1st viewing no one from soresi turned up and on the 2 nd viewing soresi lady was very late I showed the viewer round myself soresi turned up as the veiwer was leaving ,so personally I wasn’t that impressed.

With Andrea showing me around and dealing with my initial queries to them Katie with the progressions team .They both went well above and beyond to make sure my mortgage completed in time, solicitors did their bit and the house was ready to move into on time First class service !

I'm really surprised at all the positive reviews for SoResi - my experience hasn't been great. I've waited weeks for replies to emails, it's been a nightmare getting paperwork and information out of them and it's taken MONTHS for the sale of my flat to go through. On the plus side, when they do eventually answer they're normally very polite.
