I have recently gone through a partial redemption. The initial stages of seeking information was great. For everything else I could write book on the many barriers I faced in getting the redemption approved. Sometimes it felt I was being held at ransom. The process began in July and may probably conclude this. It's been time time consuming, expensive and lack of senior team engagement.
