Bought my first property through SO Resi recently. Good experience with them, staff have been welcoming and easily contactable. Discussed any questions or concerns I might have with ease, or will chase anything else up, and get back to me about it quickly. Like any buying and moving, there has been issues, however I found the staff have been good with communication and honest. They take pride in their properties. which shows, and when I moved in, they gave me a welcome pack with useful documents for the surrounding area. I moved into a new build, and there were a few issues, however, I'm still in contact with the staff, as they're trying to sort these issues out, which is great compared to moving in and them just leaving you to sort it yourself. Super helpful and I would recommend SO Resi to anyone looking to move.

Without any shadow of a doubt, I would not be sitting in my new home today without Klaudia Miara. The world is quick to judge poor service, so I very much wanted to make a clear point at how impressed I was by Klaudia’s support.The sale of my SO RESI home was not easy through circumstances outside of the control of SO RESI or myself. To compare it to a rollercoaster wouldn’t do it justice. Suffice to say I got the keys to my new place late Friday afternoon! Throughout, I knew Klaudia ‘had my back’. I knew she was working so hard behind the scenes. She engaged with other parties so professionally and patiently, yet held them accountable for their respective responsibilities. She put up with my incessant “please help me!” emails and always managed to bring calm to the storm.SO RESI - whatever career pathways are available to your employees, I suggest- if Klaudia wishes - an early conversation, because - trust me - she would be a great loss to your organisation. Klaudia - selling and buying homes is difficult. The process becomes are ‘core memory’, and you’re in there! Thank you, for everything.

So far it’s a struggle to speak to someone. My concern is that if I am waiting a week to receive a reply to an email or days to receive a call back (as nobody is available when you call), then how are people enquiring about my property going to be contacted or called. I understand staffing levels may be low but the communication is not good enough and the service is very poor.

Pa Manneh at So Resi really did his best to assist on a protracted and difficult flat transaction, and really did push all parties to try and push the sale process through and get completion. He was professional and helpful in his approach, and gave excellent advice.Unfortunately some issues at Metropolitan Housing undermined his work, and better communication between the different departments would have smoothed the process and probably save some time. The whole process of selling the flat took about ten months and was painfully slow, but much of that was before Pa became involved.
