Terrible service!As I had a shared ownership property, I had no choice but to sell via them. As a result, they do not seem to care about you as a customer.It took them a month to organise viewings, telling potential buyers I didn't have time. On the day of the viewings, they did not send anyone so I did the viewings myself. Solicitors who are acting for me cannot contact them either and all in all the process is a nightmare with them.If you have a choice, definitely do not use them and avoid them.An official complaint has been made against them.

It is such a pleasure to finally find a house that is in immaculate shape with decent sized rooms and large windows! I have been searching for ages to find the right place. Thankfully both Zoe and Karen have been extremely kind, thoughtful and professional. They have provided regular updates and chances to view the house I picked again to measure it and offered to visit anytime. I visited with my parents and we were given plenty of time to sort things out to view, both with sufficient breathing space to discuss but also to get information where we needed to. Can not recommended them enough!

It has taken us an extremely long time to sell our flat, mainly due to trouble getting information from So Resi. Except for on one or two occasions, calling you has been pointless as we were left on hold for 10 minutes each time, only to be told everyone was busy and they would call back, which they never did. It took ages to get information about the cladding for our building, where we were largely ignored. When it was eventually on the market with you, some people were sent to view with the complete wrong information (2 bed instead of 1!).

Initially I would have given a lower star rating as it has taken me 8 wks to get to the right person to say Iwished to sell my property, numerous phone calls , then people saying they would call me back and never did I found this so frustrating but once I was put through to the right person I felt a weight lifted of my shoulders and cannot praise the team enough and so the 5 stars are well earned and thank you for being so efficient and helpful and for keeping me informed every step of the way

Trying to sell a shared ownership property with so resi was not the easiest of process, communication is poor and to get hold of someone by telephone is next to impossible. Once we had a buyer for our property the process took a massive halt as a month before we was meant to exchange on our new property we found out that our consultant had left the company and no one had taken over our case; causing massive delays and potentially losing our property. At this point we was allocated Klaudia Miara, who I could not fault one bit! What she managed to do in the few weeks with the deadline that we had left to exchange, she went above and beyond more than what anyone could have wished for! Its just such a shame we had such poor start, as if so resi had more people like Klaudia, they would have a more successful run re sales team! It would have been a 5 star review if we had Klaudia from the beginning!

She was always available to respond to any of my (numerous) queries promptly and with empathy and gave a kick to those who needed it when required.Without her helpful input I really don't think the move would have gone as smoothly as it did, despite all my worries.I thought the So Resi progression team would be more hands off once my solicitors were engaged but they were fully vested in the entire process and sometimes it felt I was getting better updates from them than my own solicitors

I completed on a shared ownership resale with So Resi in July 2021.They were quite salesy and what initially appeared to be efficient during the sales process. Even still however it took so long for them to send any of the relevant paperwork that my solicitor had been chasing for weeks and weeks that I missed the stamp duty holiday which incurred an additional few thousand pound cost.As soon as I completed on the purchase I was asked to complete a review but I was wary and thought I'd hold off a bit to see how the post-completion service was... The answer to that: NON EXISTENT.I've been living in this property now for 3 MONTHS and have still not officially been registered as the new leaseholder of the property by So Resi. I have received ZERO information as to where or how to pay rent and service charge despite emailing several departments several times. My solicitor has had to step in and still nothing seems to be happening with the property still registered in the previous owners name.Every single enquiry I've sent about the building has not been responded to which has caused further costs. Since moving in I've learnt from neighbours that repairs to the building have been outstanding for over 5 years. The entrance area to the building has been falling apart since I moved in with no changes or improvements in the 3 months I've lived here.Nobody answers the phone.Awful service and I am now dreading living here.Seems they do a lot more for new build purchases so perhaps that’s where all the good reviews come from. But in terms of my re-sale experience really not a very nice or welcoming start to home ownership at all.23/11/21 - UPDATE: After posting this review So Resi finally sent my welcome letter 4 months after completion. They have added over £800 of rent/service charges for this year to the figures that were sent in the initial memorandum of sale mid April 2021 with the claim that there was an error at the time due to the figures for this year having not been "updated on the system" which goes against the terms of the the lease which state any increases are advised of in February each year and actioned from April 1st each year. I am now having to pursue legal action.My genuine advice if you are considering this company is simply - DON'T - and if you do, tread carefully and do not let them push you during the sale.
