Honestly saying, I am very impressed with the professionalism, reliability and helpfulness that we received during the buying process. I must say here that I was extremely stressed whether we would manage to get everything done on time. Heidi and the progression team were extremely helpful, makig everything possible! I could feel that our situation is so important for them! Quick replies to sent emails also ensured that I felt more confident and calm. I am also extremely grateful for all the meetings that took place on Saturday. It is extremely important for people who work during the week and have to divide their time between everything. A beautifully prepared welcome to the apartment with all the gifts. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful and I will honestly miss all the emails and contacts with everyone. Thank you so much !

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the handling of the property sale by Klaudia.Miar over the past two months. There have been significant delays in email communication and a perceived bias towards the buyer's interests. Despite raising these issues with Manager Benjamin on the 19th of August, no action has been taken, which has caused me emotional distress.I am extremely frustrated by this level of incompetence, as it has put my intended house purchase at risk and resulted in a significant waste of my time, stress, and frustration. I am now taking legal action to address this matter.

Absolutely atrocious!Please, if you’re looking for a resale do not go through So Resi! 1) they advertise a property for 3+ weeks as available even though they have found a buyer 2) they never respond to your emails, queries, questions, enquiries through Rightmove 3) they apparently can never get hold of vendors, but the same properties get sold within days through other agents (clearly showing that their viewings department haven’t even tried)4) they claim they have viewing available 7 days a week but evidently don’t (we drove to their site and saw their sign) 5) you can never get through to them on the phone

Absolutely awful company Elise give no stars if I could. Viewed a property and submitted an application. No responses to emails and phone calls regarding this. Eventually two weeks later spoke to a rude call fielder who advised the property has sold before we viewed it. Absolutely shambles of a company and very deceitful practices. To be told well if anything changes you are next in line is a ridiculous remark.

Me and my partner are 1st time buyers and from initial contact with Andrea to completion (27MAY) has been faultless. She arranged multiple viewings with us on various occasions and was always just a call or email away if we had any questions / concerns. The property had a couple of snags that she had arranged to be fixed before we moved in and that was all corrected for us. Akira who we dealt with as well was again faultless and very helpful. Overall a very positive experience with Andrea and Akira who are both a credit to the Team at SoResi. Once again thank you both for all your help during this process it hasn't gone unrecognised! I have been searching for a new home to buy for a long time until now which has been difficult for me due to my disability being partially blind, I was feeling like it was about time to give up. I then come across the So Resi Ealing development, and I was greeted by two very helpful employees called Rita & Sandhiya who were very efficient explaining the process and specification, this was important to me as I must visualize details. I then expressed further interest and decided to proceed with the purchase which at first was very daunting however Rita along with her colleague Niall gave me all the support and reassurance I needed, and I was handheld each step of the way. I am now happy to say I have reserved my plot of interest and I’m looking forward to my completion date.

I was lucky to have taken out an equity loan to purchase my home 13 years ago and i have been dealing with Roy and the team. Roy is so knowledgeable and has always been easy to understand. I have been given all the information i need to repay the loan today and even a bonus payment for acting on this before June. Very happy.
