My interactions with Metropolitan have been seamless. I was a little daunted at the prospect of selling, but Roy explained exactly what would need to take place and reassured me of the timeline. First of all I want to be honest and say that I never ever leave reviews for anything ever, but this is a very special case where it is absolutely deserved. Klaudia and Ariana have been nothing but superb through the entire process of selling our apartment, which was made 100x times harder with awful solicitors that made it take nearly a year to complete. Fast responses, excellent knowledge and I had the feeling that they genuinely wanted to help us get it done not just because it’s their job but because they actually cared. Highly recommended, if I could give 10* I would. Thank you so much!!!

Staff were very pleasant and polite, however SoResi were understaffed during my sale which led to a nightmare getting hold of someone to talk to, or get email responses. I had my contact change three times during the sale, which didnt help continuity and think we'd have completed quicker if this wasnt the case. Getting an EWS1 form was also a nightmare as the management company would only talk to Metropolition / SoResi, which took months to resolve. In the end the property sold, so I am happy with that. Great photos and marketing.

Pa M was really prompt with getting back to us when there were hiccups along the way - he went above and beyond to ensure that the information was provided promptly.However So Resi need to review the panel of solicitors they use as the buyer for my property had terrible communication problems and an overall terrible experience with Holmes & Hills! This not only caused issues for the buyer it affected us too. On a positive note, I am happy I was given Pa as my agent. He is very knowledgeable & proactive.

Soresi, worse organisation/housing association, ever.Share owner ship is a big JUCK its = you stuck forever, you will be a tenant forever.This a ridiculous message that this scheme helps to grow or a Ladder for grow as all build with lie and deceit. Its good for associations to make money not for whom planning for future. As a person who fully stuck with this associations to resale this bloody share, would advice you rent a property but do not involve with this scheme especially this company as they provide ; Poor communication Poor property management High service charge with hidden expenses and so on

This company is run by individuals who clearly lack professionalism. The management is incompetent, often resorting to dishonesty and showing a complete absence of talent. Properties are in disrepair and any repairs done are subpar, aimed solely at cutting costs. I strongly advise against purchasing a property managed by this company; you will surely regret it!The charges are outrageous considering the level of service provided. There’s a concerning trend of ineptitude and a lack of accountability across the board, with many prioritizing self-preservation rather than improving the situation.

Incompetence can have a significant impact on everyone involved. I was instructed to complete the RICS evaluation since it had expired. When I raised concerns about its necessity given that I already had a buyer, they insisted it must be valid. I proceeded with the evaluation, which appraised the property at £5,000 higher. Was sent to reseale team on 28/08 and sended again to Klaudia on 03/09 and she responded on 26/09.However, they informed me that the fee would increase while the buyer would receive a £5,000 discount, stating it wasn't their issue. I made it clear that I would ask the buyer if they still wanted the flat at that price. If not, I’m prepared to relist the property.They told me that they did ask the buyer, and the buyer initially indicated they weren't prepared to move forward at the higher price.I decided to reach out to them directly for clarification, and to my surprise, they were unaware of the situation.Once I explained it, they readily accepted the £5K increase, recognizing the upward market trend.

Trying to contact since 21st November and received absolutely nothing a month later!I recently moved in and sent over some snags, mainly focussed on some serious issues that need addressing and are costing me money (eg leaking shower, broken front door). No one has contacted me despite my best efforts to chase. They were very quick to push me to leave a positive review, since then its all been downhill, please don't waste your time with them!

The charge on my property has come to an end recently through mortgaging. My experience with remortgaging wasn’t as straightforward - more due to my lenders legal team however Roy in the aftersales team @ equity loans was brilliant and took out alot of time to help push it all through. He showed alot of empathy and was great with keeping me updated vie email and calls. It gave me confidence to know he was on the case. I was extremely happy with the process and am very grateful such scheme existed. Thank you

Terrible service Soresi should be called Sowhatwhocares It is now nearly a year going through this process they marketed the property to no success I put in on the open market and got a buyer They have been nothing but an obstacle sitting back and blaming everyone else for hold ups I put an official complaint in which obviously they rejected but still replaced there team member They are in real danger of losing my buyer with there incompetence I am the main proactive person in this and they will charge me for the privilege of doing there work Absolutely terrible organisation

I am onto final Stair casing (100%) from 85 %. I am happy and glad it all went really smoothly and on time.
