First time buyer

As a first time buyer I have been a bit nervous about the process of buying on shared ownership basis. However, Vanessa has put my mind at ease and was happy to answer to all of my questions. I also liked that she wasn't trying to sell hard and I could have an honest convesrsation with her about all of my concerns. Knowing that I can reach Vanessa with any question and she's always there to answer is a great help when having a hectic work schedule too. The whole team is making the buying process smooth and I cannot wait to get the keys for my first property!

it has taken almost 3 months to get my property on the market, after being ignored, no response to emails, endless phone calls with no answer, EVER! NO call backs after being promised them OVER 20 times, just awful service have asked multiple times to make a complaint yet no emails no calls not a thing. Will never buy with so resi again and will make sure I tell people about my experience, after breaking up with my partner and having to sell a house which is a very stressful and upsetting time they have done nothing but made life WORSE! Thank you for all the pain and upset you have caused me.

Awful. 4 months after we told them we wish to sell, the flat is not even on the market. Nobody from sales department ever answers the phones. If you’re lucky the phone was answered they will take your number and promise a call back. No one ever calls back. Takes days to get a reply for a simple question via email. They treat you as a nuisance. They tell you they will do something or send you something today or tomorrow, they never do. Because you’ve got no other option but to use them, and no matter what, they will get 1% plus vat from your sale price as their fee, they do not care. They don't need to care. You’ll pay them anyway. I wish they spend their time on the job rather than just writing themselves all the glowing reviews on the internet.

Pa Manneh at SoResi

Pa Manneh at SoResi has been an absolute live-saver for us during the sale of our shared ownership property. Without him I doubt we would have completed. Throughout the entire duration of the sale process he has been a voice of knowledge and reason. He has explained stuff clearly and responded to emails quickly. He has helped us fight our corner when our solicitors were lacking and has always been approachable and able to put the situation in to order. If you are dealing with SoResi and Pa is your contact then you are in good, helpful hands.

Staircasing with MTVH

MTVH can be difficult to get through to on the phone but once I had my personal consultant allocated to me it was relatively smooth sailing. Pa Manneh was really helpful, pleasant and courteous throughout my Staircasing process. If he wasn’t immediately available I knew he would contact me same day. The only obstacles in the process were actually the solicitors 🙄

After a difficult period, I had the pleasure to have one of SoResi's aftersales consultants (SC) work on the Sim-Sale of my house. I honestly have to say that SC was exceptional! She was very personable but yet incredibly professional, expediting all necessary paperwork, answering all of my (many) emails and queries very quickly, and even called to console me when the buyer pulled out. It had been a difficult process until SC came to work on my sale; her efforts and professional skills made a huge difference in moving the process along, keeping me updated, and ensuring that I received quality customer service.

Inefficient unreliable company

Any property you enquire on it takes weeks for them to come back & even when u call, waiting for some time on the phone you don't get any concrete answer other than someone will call back with availability. You don't get a call but you will days later receive that the property is now reserved & no longer available. Weeks later, same property is still up on their site as available. This has happened multiple times. I just don't trust them & they seem not to be up to date, I mean advertising unavailable properties shows lack of efficiency within there.

Honestly saying, I am very impressed with the professionalism, reliability and helpfulness that we received during the buying process. I must say here that I was extremely stressed whether we would manage to get everything done on time. Heidi and the progression team were extremely helpful, makig everything possible! I could feel that our situation is so important for them! Quick replies to sent emails also ensured that I felt more confident and calm. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the handling of the property sale by Klaudia.Miar over the past two months. There have been significant delays in email communication and a perceived bias towards the buyer's interests. Despite raising these issues with Manager Benjamin on the 19th of August, no action has been taken, which has caused me emotional distress.I am extremely frustrated by this level of incompetence, as it has put my intended house purchase at risk and resulted in a significant waste of my time, stress, and frustration. I am now taking legal action to address this matter.

Absolutely atrocious!Please, if you’re looking for a resale do not go through So Resi! 1) they advertise a property for 3+ weeks as available even though they have found a buyer 2) they never respond to your emails, queries, questions, enquiries through Rightmove 3) they apparently can never get hold of vendors, but the same properties get sold within days through other agents (clearly showing that their viewings department haven’t even tried)4) they claim they have viewing available 7 days a week but evidently don’t (we drove to their site and saw their sign) 5) you can never get through to them on the phone
