Do to external forces the sales process was a little rocky and took longer than I would've liked. However this was outside of SoResi's control and Pa Manneh in particular went above and beyond to keep things moving. It was great to work with him and he kept me updated all along the way. Don't know if the sale would've gone through exactly as it did if it wasn't for him.

Not a great service unfortunately. Struggle to get hold of anyone to aid with missing information that my solicitor needed. Weeks delay to the sale as information takes too long to be returned. Emails sent that make no sense such as ‘our buyer has had their mortgage approved’ we had a cash buyer so not a clue what they were on about. Just poor all around. Still got to try and get this months rent a service charge back which I’m sure will be an issue. Been charged twice for a management pack. Only helpful person was Liliana which responded quickly when I was able to reach her.

I am continuing to receive property alerts, despite having changed my settings online and having contacted them directly to ask them to unsubscribe me. Every time you click the ‘unsubscribe’ button on an email, it takes me to a page where there is no option to unsubscribe. This is a breach of GDPR. I do not recommend ever signing up for updates as it is proving ridiculously hard to unsubscribe.

TrustpilotHouse buying or moving is not easy
House buying or moving is not easy. I would therefore recommend, where possible to avoid this company - We just sold through them as we were forced too! They have long drawn out processes that often fail or delay the selling steps. An example, you have to use their RICS surveyors who charge £250 + vat, whereas a Highstreet estate agent will value your property for free! I have had to chase them on many occasions only to be told its my issue not theirs. They gave my personal details to the buyer to deal directly with me on a matter another estate agency would have handled. They did not hand the keys to the buyer, or take any of the meter readings. For this level of service, they charge on average £1250.00 (+vat) more than a high street estate agency. Please also note, that if they fail to sell your property and you go out on the open market, you'll still be charged a fee by SO Resi. From a cost and service perspective, you're better off going onto the free market and paying the SO Resi Fee. I hope this helps and I wish you luck if you have to deal with them. You cannot imagine how relived we are that our ordeal is now over.

Buying a property for the first time can be extremely stressful with a minefield of questions and decisions to be made. We were lucky enough to meet Vanessa from So Resi Sutton and cannot recommend her as a Sales agent, highly enough. From the beginning she was friendly, approachable and extremely professional in all matters. She kept us in the loop from the start of our journey and went over and above to ensure that our experience with So Resi was nothing but exceptional. I am just in the process of buying my home with So Resi through the shared ownership scheme. I have been dealing with Elliz Kamil and Temel Kamil at the Times Square development and they couldnt have been more helpful. I have been quite fussy during my purchase wanting to see different plots multiple times and they have always been accommodating. I can always pick up the phone and call either one of them if I have any questions/ concerns and they always have the time to assist me and explain any queries I may have.Would 100% recommend! Terrible service!As I had a shared ownership property, I had no choice but to sell via them. As a result, they do not seem to care about you as a customer.It took them a month to organise viewings, telling potential buyers I didn't have time. On the day of the viewings, they did not send anyone so I did the viewings myself. Solicitors who are acting for me cannot contact them either and all in all the process is a nightmare with them.If you have a choice, definitely do not use them and avoid them.An official complaint has been made against them.

It is such a pleasure to finally find a house that is in immaculate shape with decent sized rooms and large windows! I have been searching for ages to find the right place. Thankfully both Zoe and Karen have been extremely kind, thoughtful and professional. They have provided regular updates and chances to view the house I picked again to measure it and offered to visit anytime. I visited with my parents and we were given plenty of time to sort things out to view, both with sufficient breathing space to discuss but also to get information where we needed to. Can not recommended them enough!

It has taken us an extremely long time to sell our flat, mainly due to trouble getting information from So Resi. Except for on one or two occasions, calling you has been pointless as we were left on hold for 10 minutes each time, only to be told everyone was busy and they would call back, which they never did. It took ages to get information about the cladding for our building, where we were largely ignored. When it was eventually on the market with you, some people were sent to view with the complete wrong information (2 bed instead of 1!).
