Initial process took a longer than I expected and could have been handled better by original resales consultants but luckily once Klaudia Miara took over the sale it proceeded swiftly and smoothly. Klaudia was extremely pleasant, professional and prompt, and absolutely instrumental in getting the sale completed. Picking up the keys today and am very happy with the service Klaudia provided!

My advisor Liliana Preciosa is fantastic! She has provided a highly professional yet personal service to the both of us, answering all the questions that I have had in and around the process of purchasing a property through So Resi, whilst also being very personable and relatable. This lady deserves a medal, or if not that a pay rise! Anyone that goes through the process of purchasing through a shared ownership scheme would be lucky to work with her.My mortgage broker Mark Bright has also provided a phenomenal service, and has managed to achieve for me what I thought would be the unachievable! He has a very pragmatic yet friendly approach to working with you and comes up with realistic expectations, Hawkes Financial (especially Mark) adds that "extra" to the So Resi experience. It's been a really smooth transition.

This is a long overdue review, for which I apologise profusely. I really just wanted to say that, as we all know, the world feels rather miserable at the moment. Boris keeps saying "go to work, no, don't go to work". People are short tempered. And everyone is feeling a bit worried that Christmas might be cancelled. (Don't worry, I am heading somewhere with this!)...We have to find happiness where we can. The roles that Karen and Zoe hold are so important. My experience of with them has been overwhelming positive and supportive. I genuinely feel like they share in my happiness. They explain everything so simply. They communicate quickly. They have your best intentions at heart.We have waited a long time for this moment. (There were delays and lots of stresses - none of these caused by SoResi) But tomorrow we finally move in. I can't wait for the call!Honestly, Karen and Zoe are worth their weight in gold. Good humoured, knowledgable, patient...I could go on. Thank you both, for everything. I'll never forget it.

Hana has performed exceptionally well up to this stage of the sale of my flat. She was courteous and patient and explained the whole process to go through. She assured me she was available to be contacted at any time. My progression to the legalities stage would have been difficult had it been been her dedication to her job - emails, texts and phone calls and updates. Hana has exhibited her professionalism to the highest level and deserves every praise.

Beyond poor experience with MTVH. I have a MyChoice HomeBuy gov loan and MTVH took over the admin side of the loan. It’s a complete nightmare to communicate with anybody, the numbers that you are provided with are not even to the relevant departments and staff have no idea what the MCHB is! You are put on hold, cut off, advised to dial extension numbers to departments that do not even exist. Tears, stress and frustration is my experience. I have to mention the patience and kindness of Shyanne in ‘enquiries’ and Roy in the equity department for their understanding and dealing with me whilst at a very low point, in tears over “arrears” that were caused through a MTVH error, having them send a letter to say they will be collecting a single payment in 3 days time that I have no funds to cover. My entire experience with MTVH is sadly, one that I never wish to repeat. The arrival of a letter from them prompts anxiety, this is how much I dread dealing with this ‘company’. I wish more than anything that I could pay back my equity loan (which sadly, will never happen!) and be done with them altogether.

I wish I could say my experience selling my home with SO Resi was great but it was far from it. I had a number of different people handling my case and whilst this wasn’t solely the cause of the issues it certainly contributed. However once senior member of staff Pa Manneh took over the case we managed to complete within 2 weeks, literally just in time before my buyers mortgage expired. Pa took a pro active approach and communicated with me through out. I’m very grateful for all his help.

I never thought I’d be leaving a negative review for So Resi, but here we are.I’ve been in my property for 3 months now and almost 2 weeks ago I noticed some mould along the window ledges in both bedrooms, the wall in the main bedroom and the boiler in the kitchen. I first reported this to So Resi on 31st January and after not hearing anything due to an issue with emails, I called again on 2nd February and managed to get a contact to email and pictures of the mould were sent over.I’ve chased a response 3 times since this date and I’ve been told “my colleague said she has received your email and will get back to you asap”. To date I have STILL not received any acknowledgement that my email has been received. My partner has severe asthma which is added to the list of worries this property has left us with. The mould is getting darker and I chased again on 9th February and contacted another two members of staff. As expected I still haven’t heard anything and still feel unsafe in my property.To top it off, the lock on the front door has now broken so I cannot lock my apartment door from the inside, the chain is flimsy and broke within a few days of being there. Clearly wasn’t fitted properly and you can see the damage they did to the wall trying to fit it. Not only do I now feel unsafe in my property I also overpaid by £125 on my rent, I reported this and provided my details for a refund on 2nd February. 9 days later and of course I still don’t have my refund.Extremely disappointed with the service so far, would not recommend unless you’re happy to be ignored constantly and live in an unsafe property.

1. Karen (who has put up with my extreme impatience and borderline excitement hysteria for some time) and Zoe really are incredibly knowledgeable and explain everything so well. 2. It isn’t easy to make an environment feel welcoming in this ‘Covid’ age but they have done it. 3. They are genuinely happy to be able to discuss your needs, provide a service and find the right home for you.What could easily be a very stressful situation is the complete opposite. If you are thinking of heading to buy a property then I would recommend Karen and Zoe in the highest terms and without reservation.

Recently dealt with a sale with the company. Contact was very difficult and progress was slow UNTIL I was directed to Ellisa. She was very prompt in responding and chased things up. For a while, I wasn't sure we would get the sale through but thanks to Ellisa, we got there in the end. 5* only due to Ellisa
