I’m currently going through shared ownership and can’t fault my experience so far. It’s been made so much more easier by the lovely Renee. From my first initial phone call right up to now Renee has been so informative and made the whole process much less scary for me! She’s only a phone call or email away and always gets back to me to put me at ease. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and can’t thank Renee enough for all her help so far.

We were notified @ short notice of 4 shared ownership properties that were available for viewing the next day (Saturday), I phoned immediately & was informed by Karen Prior of the criteria required & having satisfied them was offered one of two appointments that were left, I took the 10.30. Unfortunately during Friday evening I became very Ill with a gastric problem that meant I would not be able to travel for the viewing. I phoned Karen on Saturday morning & informed of this & would have to cancel, Karen immediately offered to do a video tour of the property to forward to us, which she did. The service & compassion shown by Karen was much appreciated & although we decided not to register our interest on this property we thought the service was remarkably good. Thank you Karen

The whole process with So Resi has been so smooth. The people that have helped us along the way were Temel kamil & Ellis kamil. As this is our first time buying things we’re a bit confusing but they both ensured we understood everything and took the time to sit down with us and explain every little detail that we didn’t understand. 'Not all Superheroes wear Capes'Having taken an offer on my Shared Ownership property in March 2021 the process began. My Conveyancing Solicitor and Estate Agent were ignoring my emails, telephone calls and never I never updates for several weeks on many occasions. Pa started to write to them, suddenly I start to receive messages and updates. Mr Manneh continued to to support me, getting results in a way I never could.I never asked Pa for assistance, he just stepped in and never stopped until the very end when exchange of contracts and completion was done.I know for sure I'd still be waiting for things to happen without Pa and his determination. Mr Manneh had no obligation to do what he set out to achieve, I'll always be tremendously grateful to Pa.

I cannot recommend So Resi enough for all the hard work and effort they have given to me. Jacqui Corrigan my Sales Consultant was always there when needed and is such a lovely lady who was very professional. From the minute of being in contact with Katie Fox, she was helpful, attentive and always there to help me with whatever question I had. A great asset who honestly I could not have had a better relationship with. I just bought my apartment in West Ealing with SoResi and I have to admit the process from beginning to end was very smooth. The sales consultant Rita Shah was absolutely amazing from the start of my journey to buy my London property. From the moment I met Rita at the show exhibition she was extremely friendly and very helpful. Rita organised me to view the show apartment and more. She run through all the ins and outs what I needed to do in order to start the whole process. From mortgage advisor to solicitors to being registered with SoResi and much more. Rita made me feel very reassured when things went wrong and when information from me needed to be passed on to Metro or my solicitors. The whole organisation of SoResi and the team were fantastic. I m really appreciated everything they did for me and my partner …especially Rita. Both of us would definitely recommend this company. They have put both of us at ease and welcomed to buy where we bought in West Ealing. Now that all is done we cannot wait to move in and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the amazing scenery in the rooftop of our block where we have a 360 degree viewing of London. Transport links and facilities near the development also contributed for my investment on this particular location. We will definitely now enjoy London more than ever. Selling my house is going very quick. Hana Ahmed has been amazing. My house was put live on sale on 25/01/2022 within 3 weeks, viewing were arranged, all the people who viewed were all interested to buy my house and this is the 3rd week I have a potential buyer. I was and still updated every progress from first day. So Resi login has all the information and tracking about the progress of house sale. Best service from Hana Ahmed she answers all the questions very knowledgeable. Currently buyer and seller 's solicitors are communicating. Super happy with the service. So Resi simplify the buying process. They have exceeded my expectations.
