Roy has been so supportive during our journey whilst trying to sell our property in Epsom for a year now during the turbulent times of interest rate rises and uncertainty. Roy gave us excellent advice of the processes involved to help us understand paying back equity to the housing association and was extremely swift in all actions and when our sale fell through Roy maintained his enthusiasm and said he was there and ready for the next offer on our property to help fast track through to avoid any delays with redemption letters needed to help complete the sale. He was very helpful during the whole process, replied to emails very quickly and was always willing to deal with any queries I had, either by email or over the phone as well as wanting to help the process run smoothly and as quickly as possible for me. We have been dealing with Susan Inman to get a shared ownership property. She has been absolutely brilliant and is such a lovely lady to deal with in this process. We have used the Finance and Solicitors SO RESI recommended and everything so far as gone really smoothly. It’s a long process but Susan has been keeping us updated along the way and I’m really happy with our experience so far.

SO Resi helped me to staircase and own 100% of my property. Pa Manneh was excellent in his help and support throughout the whole process. The process was smooth, easy with a good level of communication. We did suffer long delays but these were with the Housing Associations solicitors. I would recommend chase, chase, chase to make sure your paperwork doesn't sit on someone's desk for weeks... Again, Pa was excellent and very friendly, just what you need when going through this process. Thanks for your help Pa, it was very much appreciated.

I have recently purchased a SO flat in a fairly new development in London, and I was lucky enough to have Ms Mohindra to hold my hand every step of the way with an infinite amount of patience!She's been an invaluable asset throughout this process, and I just cannot fault her. She's very knowledgeable and excellent at giving you the impression that she truly is on your side, which sometimes is what a customer actually needs.Shoutout to Katie F. of the Progression Team who was very keen on meeting the deadlines I had been given by the lender and my own landlord.I will surely update this review shortly once I get to experience what the management team is like when it comes to fixing building/flat issues or costs transparency.

I'm currently selling my house and unfamiliar with the processes when it comes to paying back my equity loan, more specifically around home improvements. An email was sent to MTVH today by my solicitors, in less than 45mins Roy had responded with a clear and thorough email to us explaining next steps required, however then immediately followed up with a call to me, which was hugely appreciated as I'd actually misunderstood how the process works, he was so helpful, I can honestly say it's the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, I'm not usually one for reviews but this was very deserving of one . Thanks Roy and MTVH.

Firstly the good things:Pa Manneh was really helpful throughout the process and was able to ensure that delays didn't jeopardise the purchase. At the start there were some communication delays, but when it really mattered Pa was extremely professional and quick to respond and chase things up.SoResi's portal is really clear and easy to use, although I would have liked it to be updated more regularly to give a better understanding of where we stood at various points.

I must say this was one of the easiest and informative transactions ever. Most of the time when you seek information and assistance door are closed and you get the impression that the advisor/customer service rep hasn't got the knowledge. Not with Roy (the aftersales consultant), he was great, very knowledgable and you could tell he knew his stuff. Thanks Roy for making this so easy.
