TrustpilotShared Ownership Journey - Zoe
Zoe has been absolutely fantastic with us through the entire process so far. She’s been incredibly patient whilst documents were being collated. Zoe is also really knowledgeable around the whole shared ownership journey, and has helped guide us through a process which looked so daunting to start with. We looking forward to completing and could not have got this far without Zoe’s help.

TrustpilotRoy was excellent
I took my home equity loan out 13 years ago to help with buying my first home. I was very grateful as this meant i was given the deposit and over the years ive not had to pay high interest rates due to a good LTV. I felt very lucky. The monthly interest payments were affordable. This year i was in the position to pay it off. My dealings with my after sales consultant Roy has been excellent. He has been on hand to send both myself and my solicitor the documents required promptly. He has even helped to move the solicitor on with regular email chasers. For something i thought would be a nightmare to complete Roy made it easy and stress free. So, thank you!

Competent and reliable.Since my first contact with So Resi, I noticed that they are very competent, fast, and always looking to resolve any client issues. TrustpilotFirst time buying made simple!
When I decided it's time to buy my first property I was prepared for the uneven battle myself against the world of bureaucracy. Turns out my worries were unnecessary as Vanessa made sure all goes very smoothly. Working in the customer service myself I really appreciate the updates throughout the process as well as patience answering all my queries in a very friendly and professional manner. I feel 100% supported in my dream house purchase adventure and would recommend SoResi to anyone trying to get on the property ladder. In other words: Shut up and take my money!

TrustpilotEllisa is a superstar... Questionable in other aspects as a company
If you had asked me in December when I first had an offer accepted to sell my property id have given 1 star. Even up until July perhaps. Very hard to get hold of the right people.
Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and sharing your positive experience with SO Resi. Its great to hear how Ellisa has supported you and reassured you throughout the process. Kind Regards SO Resi Sales Hub Team

TrustpilotHouse sold within days
Sold our house within a couple of days of it being marketed, only to be frustrated by the length of time it took for our buyers to be vetted, but otherwise a very smooth process. Hopefully the next stages will be just as good. We dealt with Lubna and she kept us informed and was very friendly.

TrustpilotOlamide Ashimi was professional
Olamide Ashimi was professional, his reaction time to queries was instantaneous, and with excellent feedback - and it all added up to a high quality service, because he helped get our final share purchase over the line, when it often looked like we weren't going to meet that deadline.
Thanks so much for your fantastic feedback.

TrustpilotBig thumbs up from me!
I’m currently going through shared ownership and can’t fault my experience so far. It’s been made so much more easier by the lovely Renee. From my first initial phone call right up to now Renee has been so informative and made the whole process much less scary for me! She’s only a phone call or email away and always gets back to me to put me at ease. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and can’t thank Renee enough for all her help so far.

TrustpilotFantastic experience dealing with SoResi during the sale of my flat
Really impressed with selling my flat through SoResi. My Sales Agent was Ariana Rasic and she was knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to all of my queries, she explained the process well and she worked hard to move the process along as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend SoResi to my friends and family.
