GoogleWe were delighted with the help provided by the Savills Cambridge team in selling our house, especially Grace Wilson and Ed Meyer. There were a number of challenges (we had emigrated, COVID etc) and Grace and Ed were incredibly supportive and hard-working throughout. Would recommend unreservedly.

GoogleSavills is a very committed and efficient organisation who uses excellent people. I was seriously impressed with Stewart Chipchase, from the beginning when he wrote a very fine presentation of our house, to the very end of gracefully handling negotiations with our buyers eccentric solicitor. I was also impressed with everybody else in the operation, who were friendly efficient and very service minded. Savills have reasons to be very proud of having the people who are so committed to the role they play within the organisation.

GoogleWe’ve just exchanged on our house with Savills managing the sale and I can honestly say based on the fantastic experience, I would never sell a house with anyone else ever again! James, Lucy, Annie and Olivia have been superb from start to finish. I chose another Cambridge agent when we tried to sell last year and I hugely regret doing so. We had no offers and few viewings. Savills achieved over 30 viewings for us in two weeks and competing offers; we sold at asking price in less than a month. The photography in particular we really liked - it is far, far better than standard photos and brought the house alive. What really sets Savills apart is that the entire team is so well run: everyone knows exactly what’s going on with your sale at all times; multiple people from the team came to see our house prior to marketing so they understood it and could talk about it confidently to buyers. Our house is a Grade II listed property so not an easy sell, but where Savills were particularly brilliant was in managing and advising on the offers and holding our chain together after the first property we had found to move to fell through. They communicate really well with buyers and clients alike and it’s that care, communication and experience that really set them apart and keeps things moving. Anyone can put a house on Rightmove , but what you want is someone who will manage the complexity of the offer process and the sale, who has the experience and knowledge to do that, and that is what Savills deliver in droves. They have been fantastic and I can really heartily recommend them.
