Thank you to Stewart Chipchase and the rest of the team at Saville's for a really great experience and a smooth process, prompt and great communication making for an easy buying process for us. Stewart went above and beyond other estate agents, he progressed the transactions regularly by calling the solicitors and the vendor, and answered absolutely any enquiry for us about the house. Annie and the team at Savills were consummate professionals throughout our house purchase. When we viewed the house (a couple of times) Deborah was very well informed about the property, gave us a generous amount of time and did a great job chatting with our kids, giving us the opportunity to have a thorough and relaxed look around the house. We recently sold with Savills after being on the market for many months. Annie Darling, our agent, was extremely helpful and really tried to make the process as smooth as possible. It was thanks to her that we were made aware of an issue our buyers solicitor was still wanting further information about- which they hadn’t informed our solicitor of- and hence we thought we were all set to go. Without her being on the ball about this we would have been delayed in proceeding by months as we had to organise a utility company to conduct some work which took several weeks. I recently sold our family home for a number just shy of £1m and, like many people, assumed that the role of the agent would be fairly rudimentary. They just show people round, right? Only after going through the process have I come to realise how vital it is to find the best. I found that in Annie Darling, in their Cambridge branch. Moving house in England appears to be a fraught journey and you need a committed, experienced expert at your side. Annie is all that and more. Super smart, always working the back channels and a great communicator, she got us through it all brilliantly, especially at the most tense moments which will happen to almost all. I wouldn't go with anyone else and wish that others in my chain had done the same. They may be a tiny bit more expensive than others but it's worth every penny. You get what you pay for and more. Savills have from the start been absolutely first class. Our introduction visit was conducted by Lucy Bank where we were told the sale process and fees. For every viewing we were informed of times and dates and potential buyers were always accompanied by a Savills member of staff. Feedback was always provided Following a viewing. Later in the process Annie Darling took over the liason process between us and the buyers. She undertook speaking to solicitors where required and kept pushing the process along . The solicitor side dragged on but Annie kept all parties upto date. We cannot express how impressed we were with Annie and her work attitude.

When some complications developed as we edged closer to exchange, we really felt that Annie helped drive progress forwards and helped influence solutions which worked for everyone.
