Savill’s were truly amazing. From the marketing through to completion the service was top notch. If we move again we won’t use anyone else. In a complex chain I saw first hand the difference in service that Savills provided versus some of the other agents in the chain who clearly didn’t care. Annie was amazing. I honestly can not recommend them highly enough.

We wanted to put our house on the market so phoned Savills cambridge to start the process and get a valuation, the lady on the phone took our number and said someone will call us back. No call from them so we chased and again were told that someone will call us back which they didnt. Finally I filled in the online enquiry form and did get a call back from a london number and the lady explained that she would speak to the cambridge office and get us booked in. I then received a call from her the next day to say that unfortunately they dont cover our area so wouldn't be able to help. Fair enough, until I drove past a house in town half a mile further away from their office with a Savills for sale board outside. Go figure, I guess they just dont need the business. Shame is we are also looking to buy in cambridge, bedford or inbetween and dont need to sell ours or need a mortgage to buy the next place, however after this experience is it worth looking at anything with a savills board outside and if we did could we trust them to tell us the truth this time? Sorry Savills I hate leaving bad reviews but in this instance I have to because youve wasted my time with out so much as a courtesy call from your valuer

Savills were outstanding in our recent house purchase. Though they were representing the vendor, rather than us (the buyers), Stewart Chipchase was, throughout a protracted process, always efficient, cheerful and extremely helpful. He kept us closely informed, and when the process seemed ready to stall due to a long chain, he would have ideas about how to move things on or fix problems. I was extremely impressed by Stewart throughout, and very grateful. When we at last completed, and went round to Savills to get the keys, there was even the gift of a bottle of sparkling wine to mark the moment. Faultless work throughout. Big thanks.

We purchased our house through Savills and can’t praise Annie Darling enough for her energy and empathy throughout the process. A friendly voice from the outset, Annie was both thoroughly professional and entirely humane throughout. Although her first interest was rightly with the vendor she ensured our interest were always considered, and we felt cared for at every stage. Annie was proactive in moving the process forward, and took a common sense approach to ensure any bumps along the way were easily smoothed over. Annie and Savills stand in stark contrast to the majority of estate agents I’ve had to deal with: they’re open, honest, fulfilling promises efficiently with no self-important flim-flam, combining professionalism with a personal touch. The level of service I have been receiving by the whole team but in particular by Kristina Pascuzzi is second to none. Their knowledge of the process, their knowledge of the renting market, the quality of tenants and the thorough checks they’re undertake to ensure good tenants are secured is superb.
