GoogleLucy and her colleagues Annie, Victoria and Louise were amazing throughout our move. They were so professional and competent as well as being friendly and pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend Savills after our experience. GoogleI had a great experience renting from Savills Cambridge and I would definitely recommend them. Kristina was really helpful, both friendly and professionnal. She was always responsive and answered all our emails very quickly. Renting from abroad, without seeing the property, is not an easy thing - but the whole process went quite smoothly thanks to Savills! I couldn't have been more happy with my tenancy and the whole renting process.

GoogleI bought a house at Hauxton and Annie Darling has been extremely helpful through out the process. Right from the first viewing, Annie was very sympathetic and thoughtful. She has been very responsive during the conveyancing process. We loved working with her and will highly recommend to anyone who is buying a property via Savills. Annie is genuinely a star.

GoogleEd Meyer and Stewart Chipchase at the Cambridge office were a pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. We are really pleased to have found lovely buyers for our house and Stewart was very helpful at liaising with solicitors at the end of the process to make sure we could complete in time for Christmas.

I truly believe the sale wouldn't have happened without her hard work - shows the value of using a proper agent. Would definitely use again. GoogleThe team at Savills Cambridge were extremely helpful, supportive and efficient throughout the process of the house sale. Particular thanks has to go to Stewart Chipchase who was always easy to contact, reliable and efficient when undertaking agreed tasks, and provided sound and sensible advice during a couple of tricky periods. Savills Cambridge are probably not the cheapest estate agents on the market, but certainly provide an excellent service.

GoogleI first contacted Kristina with the idea of renting my property 5 months before I was ready to go. She gave me all the contract information and an estimate of the potential rent. When I was ready to go George found a suitable Tenant and within one month Louise had prepared myself and the property and. although it was close to the Christmas holidays, Savills did everything to get the rental up and running...I am very satisfied with their service.
