Redmayne Arnold & Harris is a fantastic estate agent. From the very beginning Steve and his team have been helpful, insightful, courteous and hard working as well as genuinely friendly. Cambridge is a tricky housing market and highly competitive but I don't think you can go wrong with the level of service from this team, plus they have very competitive fees and do great marketing. Definitely one to go back to, safe hands, trustworthy and very high levels of service.

Jordan grasped the issues immediately and prepared a meticulous record of events that proved invaluable in negotiations that led to resolution of the issue and departure of the tenant. His rapid understanding grasp of the complexities of the disagreement and the confidence he displayed during negotiations were impressive. We were very happy with the service we received from RAH when selling our property. The process of getting the property on the market, including getting photos taken and getting an updated EPC, was very quick and seamless. We had great communication and advice throughout from Steve. Jane was also fantastically helpful at several crucial points during the process, ensuring all parties were kept informed and reassured, and making it possible for us to proceed with our onward purchase as well as the sale. The commission charged was also very reasonable given the high quality of service we received. The only small negative I would mention was that the initial sale price RAH suggested the property be marketed at was very high compared to the offers we got and what it ended up selling for. However, we do understand that the market can be unpredictable, and to be fair to RAH, the other agency we initially contacted gave the same suggested sale price, so this was not unique to them! Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Couldn't have asked for more help and support when we sold our house in Cambridge. It was a probate sale so quite protracted but we had plenty of viewings and offers and the advice on offer was valuable and useful. Overall, a very positive experience, with fees considerably lower than with the other agents we invited to 'tender'. Unlike some other reviewers, who seem to be renters predominantly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
