GoogleFirst time with this agency its been great so far thanks to Hannah Stanford so managed all the details and solved any queries or problems that we faced during the references. Great work done by her I'd recommend using this agency! I have been with other agency's and their management with costumers is way poor and lower compared to the service Hannah provided to me. Nothing bad to say everything when smoothly.

GoogleRedmayne Arnold and Harris are consummate professionals throughout. They have handled a house sale for us recently through tricky market times and they made the entire process straightforward and wholly successful. We sought four agent opinions and only Jason, Jane and the team at RAH made us feel like we were the only clients on their books and they gave us a thorough market appraisal and suggested a price that was spot on. As stated, they achieved excellent footfall of viewings to really make sure the house found the right buyer at the right price and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. They always answer the phone and complete any requirement very quickly.. No hesitation at all in recommending them to any potential sellers - you really don’t need anyone else…

We recently picked up the keys for a rented property and were shocked at the state it was left in, extremely dirty and clearly not checked before being handed over. When we raised this with the agency and showed photos, we were told, “he’s a new customer, we don’t check the properties before we hand them in.” To me, that seems like a huge gamble, especially when dealing with a landlord they’ve never worked with before. The manager arranged for a cleaning company, but the job they did was dreadful. Leaks that everyone was aware of but never mentioned, faeces left in the toilet, dog hair literally everywhere, and just dirt and grime throughout the property. When I pointed this out with photos, the response I got was that sending the cleaners in at all was “an act of goodwill.” I found that shocking, at no point did the manager stand up for us as tenants or do anything genuinely helpful to resolve the situation. This whole experience has left us with a really poor impression of the agency. I cannot wait until our tenancy is up and we can move out, and I certainly won’t be using them again in the future.

GoogleI've been renting through Redmayne Arnold and Harris with two tenants for four years. Throughout this time, our property managers, Elena Leo and Jordan Cumberland, have been professional, understanding, responsive to our emails, and always clearly explained legal and administrative procedures to us. It has also been straightforward to renew and amend our contract through them as new tenants have come and gone. However, liaising with our landlords through the agents has often been slow, including during urgent incidents such as a broken refrigerator and issues with heating. The heating issue, in particular, had, up until recently, only been dealt with superficially. Most of the house's radiators were replaced twice (usually in the winter) due to an underlying issue with the boiler system. It's hard to say why the heating system was not properly investigated (we asked several times). It was often a complicated communication between ourselves, the plumbers, the plumbing company, RAH and the landlords. The result was, however, many weeks with limited heating, constant worry about our belongings receiving water damage from bursting radiators, and a large impediment on our time from wanting/needing to be at the house when the plumbers were present.

GoogleWe have had a wonderful experience working with Ms. Sarah Wilberforce, property manager at Redmayne Arnold & Harris. Ms. Wilberforce has managed our flat since last year. As we do not currently live in the UK, we rely entirely on RAH to manage the property. Despite a seemingly endless and complex series of mishaps at the flat arising over the past 12 months (a variety of damages caused by leaks from two other apartment units, as well as a larger leak for which the building management is responsible), Ms. Wilberforce has assiduously pursued solutions, communicating with our tenant, following up with the tenants of the other apartments as well as with the (not very communicative) building management and reaching out to contractors to get multiple estimates on the repairs needed, ultimately achieving resolution of the many issues that have arisen over the past year. Ms. Wilberforce's patience, efficiency, excellent organizational skills and prompt communications have been of the highest standard. We are grateful that she was also able to advise us on how to best address the situation for our current tenant who experienced many inconveniences due to the multiple leaks from other units. With her guidance, we were able to ensure our tenants' satisfaction and maintain their tenancy while Ms. Wilberforce herself handled all the communications with the other tenants, building management and contractors. We couldn't be more pleased with Ms. Wilberforce's role as our property manager and recommend her highly.

GoogleI have been a tenant renting a property from RAH for the last two years and have been renting properties across the UK for the last 7 years. As far as this experience has gotten me, RAH are a great letting agency with rapid response times and immediate action when it counts in cases of emergency (burst pipes, rodent infestation, leaking windows). That being said, like many letting agencies, they are reluctant to assist in replacing old/broken furniture and fittings throughout the property which is frustrating and would ultimately be in the best interest of both landlord and tenant. Much of the ease of my experience with RAH has been directly through contact with property manager Jordan Cumberland, who continues to go over and beyond to ensure I am happy in my tenancy. It is people like this representing a personable point of contact which truly transform ones experience with their letting agency and ultimately their happiness with their living situation.

Although there were some inconvenient admin issues in the beginning, my experience has been very pleasant since my property manager, James, took over. He has been professional, responsive, and quick to address and resolve all minor concerns at the flat. Communication has been excellent throughout. Highly recommend working with him!
