GoogleRA&H is a good reliable company providing efficient and professional letting services. I have been with RA&H for a number of years and, with one minor exception, the letting and property managers have been consistently good, with Ms Jessica Wright being the best in dealing effectively and professionally with any property letting related issues. I greatly appreciate her excellent organisational skills, her ability to maintain reliable communication and politeness. 5 stars for Jessica! The RA&H accounts department is also great and always helpful. Recent RA&H contracted services for maintenance and repairs have also been good. Overall my experience with RA&H remains very positive.

GoogleI’ve recently toured an apartment and wanted to recommend Redmayne - and Micaela in particular - to anyone looking for a flat in Cambridge. I've done half-a-dozen of these viewings over this last week, and she was by far the most friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable agent I've met with. And as someone who's just moved to the UK from the US, Micaela explained the differences between American and British apartments extremely well and took time to answer all my questions even though my viewing was so late in the workday. Can’t recommend this company and Micaela enough!

GoogleI was shown around a property in Great Shelford, Cambridge by one of the Estate Agents Hazel Clark. She was very professional, helpful, friendly, punctual and gave me all the information I needed to rent that property. This included the Energy Band, Council Tax, Electricity, and Gas quarterly bills. I was very pleased with the property and decided to rent it the next day. I would highly recommend RAH Estate Agents to anyone else looking for property to renting. Thank you!

GoogleI would like to commend my experience of dealing with my contact Jordan Cumberland at RAH. The communications have usually been via email where he has updated me with any issues related to the property. He has communicated these in a timely manner with any issues and has usually offered a solution to the issue such as contacting a gas engineer for resolution of a boiler problem. Sometimes the issue has been easily been resolved by my partner and myself. His advice has always proved helpful in dealing with any particular problems or issues between the tenants and myself. His communications have always been polite and friendly with options for me to consider which have always been helpful. I hope he continues to be my contact with RAH and wish him well.

GoogleGreat Agency. We rented via them and bought a house via their branch in Shelford. The renting experience was great, I know that the landlord comes first but we honestly felt like we were locked after. Every concern or service request was addressed promptly and the estate agency was always happy to support our request when discussing with the landlord (of course the landlord had a final say). I would recommend this agency to anyone. Jessica Wright looked after our tenancy and provided excellent support!

GoogleJordan, who managed the sale, not only was a great person to work with, but gave excellent advice. Supported by a strong team in the office he overcame a series of issues provoked by the buyer, which without his focus might have led to the buyer withdrawing.

GoogleWe got Steve Wells to sell our rather dilapidated former pub which had been live/work artist space for fifty years. He had a deeper understanding of the property than competitors. He helped us set a fairly conservative guide price taking account of condition and then managed a process of upward bids. In the end we got a very good price. The marketing pack was also very well put together with beautiful photographs. Worth every penny of commission.

From our first interaction with RAH we have no complaints. Jason met us to discuss how they would market the property we had for sale. He then introduced us to Drew who was assigned to oversee our sale. We were kept informed every step of the way and felt we had a personalised service throughout. We felt valued as a customer and my many questions were always responded to promptly. The sale completed on time. Drew helped us to arrange house clearance and also provided local knowledge for us, as we are not from the area, and were selling the house due to unforeseen circumstances. Based on our experience, we would recommend RAH.
