The worst estate agents weve dealt with whilst buying a house in Cambridge. They put us through a nightmare bidding war causing so much distress! Which on its own is a ridiculous practice and would not recommend partaking. They promised theyd keep us updated as to the progress and outcomes. All we got was a sorry email saying there was someone who bid way way more, and refused to tell us any further information what so ever. We accepted and moved on, fast forward few months we saw the house got sold at below our offer! Not a single phone call or message about what happened. Absolutely fuming. They refuse to give any information and operate so disingenuously. Every other estate agents weve dealt with had the decency to be honest and communicative as to developments of offers and seller positions. But you wont find that with RAH. It feels like a really fake relationship, or an exclusive club. absolutely dreadful people all around with zero care. AVOID whether you're buying or selling.

I have been very impressed by RAH. From valuation to completion they have given us great service. Drew Carolan turned up for the valuation knowing useful info about the estate and house builder, and worked tirelessly to find serious buyers. His advice was spot on and we found him to be straightforward, responsive and professional. He also recommended a great conveyancing lawyer who managed the sale very effectively. Communications with the whole team were great though out and they made the process much easier and less stressful than it could have been. Highly recommended.

My sister and I purchased our first house last year and we could not fault the services provided to us from Kelly Vaughan from RAH. Kelly was kind and always explained things to us so that we had a full understanding before making an decisions. She gave us her opinion and advise on many occasions which were not false or forced on us, but complimented both my sisters and I opinion and choices! Especially when it came to the Kitchen!! For first time buyers we could not have had a better experience and this was due to Kelly being understanding and great at ensuring we were updated through the whole process. We bought a new built home through RAH in April this year. Kelly was carrying out the sale on builder's behalf. She was extremely helpful throughout, and our concerns and queries were promptly answered. She also arranged many viewings throughout the completion process, and was always apreciative of our timelines and requirements. She was a very reliable bridge between us and the builders. Before dealing with RAH, we had been in market for sometime trying to buy our first home, and most of the time had poor experience dealing with agents. My partner and I recently used RAH to find a property in Cambridge. We saw multiple properties and Kiana Caldecoat was great! She was very informative and helpful during viewings, as well as during the application and contract signing stages. We had specific questions which she was able to answer herself or quickly got information from the landlord. I recently purchased a property and was delighted with my experience with Steve and the team. Steve originally showed me the property and was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Steve, Jane and the team also checked in on me during the purchase process. I wasn’t always aware of the procedure or what was happening next and they gave me some really helpful information and insights. I found it really helpful to be in contact with them outside of my solicitor as they had slightly different (and helpful!) insights. They are true pros! We rented a property with RAH for quite some time, it was a great property and the landlord was quite easy-going - not always the case with landlords so we were lucky! Our property manager, James Travers, was fabulous and always responded prompty and helpfully, which no doubt added to this ease. We enjoyed our time in Cambridge very much, and renting from RAH in this way certainly contributed.
