GoogleJessica has been a prompt and effective manager of our property, including arranging work to make sure our tenants are content and comfortable. RAH's associated contractors - plumbing, engineering and so on - are very helpful also in this regard.

GoogleThe service we have received from various agents over the years has been frankly variable, but I am pleased to say that Rachel has been extremely efficient and capable since she took over managing the property. She has carried out our instructions and responded to correspondence promptly and accurately and seems to be well on top of the various issues that arise from time to time.

GoogleBeen messed around with viewings, and not taken seriously as renters or potential buyers. Had appointments arranged, which we where then pushed a side for other clients. Forgotten about on a booked and planned viewing as well. Very poor organisation. Not happy at all with how we where treated. One viewing we arranged another viewing so my partner could see the property also. We had a phone call in the morning asking if we was still attending which was yes. Our appointment was booked for 11:45 to which we had travelled from bradford to be at at that time. We waited 20mins untill the agent arrived with another couple to view the property. We where pushed aside for them to go first, how ever we had already been waiting and called to tell them we was their. We placed an offer but felt that we wasn't taken seriously On a another booked viewing with a different property. Well what can I say. Again we was on time and waited for one viewing to finish, and again some else was booked in after us and was seen to first although we had been waiting patiently but again forgotten about us. We approached the agent who clearly had no idea we was ment to be their although we had emailed confirmations from stating we where arranged to be their. After a second let down, we where very angry, was told we could still view the property if we wished, but we felt that our application wouldn't be taken seriously anymore. We emailed and complained and asked for our information to be removed from their data base and was told that our complaint will be investigated and that this is not how they operate. Well clearly it is, we have lost time and money in travel costs and time away from work. And pet care. Time and money to which will not get back. We have had no communication from them, regarding the investigation into our complaints either. Very disappointed

GoogleRA&H is a good reliable company providing efficient and professional letting services. I have been with RA&H for a number of years and, with one minor exception, the letting and property managers have been consistently good, with Ms Jessica Wright being the best in dealing effectively and professionally with any property letting related issues. I greatly appreciate her excellent organisational skills, her ability to maintain reliable communication and politeness. 5 stars for Jessica! The RA&H accounts department is also great and always helpful. Recent RA&H contracted services for maintenance and repairs have also been good. Overall my experience with RA&H remains very positive.

GoogleI’ve recently toured an apartment and wanted to recommend Redmayne - and Micaela in particular - to anyone looking for a flat in Cambridge. I've done half-a-dozen of these viewings over this last week, and she was by far the most friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable agent I've met with. And as someone who's just moved to the UK from the US, Micaela explained the differences between American and British apartments extremely well and took time to answer all my questions even though my viewing was so late in the workday. Can’t recommend this company and Micaela enough!

GoogleI was shown around a property in Great Shelford, Cambridge by one of the Estate Agents Hazel Clark. She was very professional, helpful, friendly, punctual and gave me all the information I needed to rent that property. This included the Energy Band, Council Tax, Electricity, and Gas quarterly bills. I was very pleased with the property and decided to rent it the next day. I would highly recommend RAH Estate Agents to anyone else looking for property to renting. Thank you!
