GoogleThis is the first time trying Leaders to look for a place to rent. I found the agent, Amy Hart, to be friendly and professional. Though the viewing did not end up in signing the contract, I would love to ask them for help in future.

GoogleRecently I had to deal with an electrical emergency at my apartment. Fortunately, property managers Clare and Alfie and all the contractors were on the scene at 8 o'clock in the morning, and all was sorted. I was blown away by the level of commitment, and the positive attitude! Brilliant customer service.

I mainly deal with Katie Sarll who responds promptly and efficiently and has anyways found me excellent tenants quickly to avoid long void periods. I would certainly recommend Leaders to any local landlords

GoogleFirst time using Leaders Letting Agents and found the experience to be very pleasant. Any questions I've had about paperwork have been answered amicably by Charmaine and the team. I work very long hours and sometimes 6 days a week and despite this they have been very understanding and patient. Will definitely be using Leaders again in the future.

GoogleI've been liaising with Andre for over a year now and he has gone above and beyond with my letting. He deals promptly with any issues from the tenants side and he ensures all parties are happy. I would highly recommend their service for landlords (or ladies).

GoogleWas lied to by Bethany that the landlord wanted to go for the "No-deposit option" which wasn't true at all, as I confirmed with the landlord. The move in date was arbitrarily delayed every week and on the agreed date each time. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleI had to phone them 4 times to have a video presentation sent by email. Every time i phoned i gave my details.... on the 5th occasion the email finally came through. I get high workloads can cause delays but simply ignoring/failing to communicate with potential customers who pay significant fees to rent through them is unprofessional and substandard, i was expecting more from "Leaders"..

GoogleThe lettings team are all fantastic, would highly recommend! Right from our first viewing they were brilliant, and we felt secure and safe as students. We were mainly handled by Charmaine, who was always knowledgeable with our queries and would absolutely go the extra mile for us. The rest of the team were always so friendly and polite when we came into the office.

GoogleAgent broke down crying during a viewing due to the office working conditions and lack of organisation. Felt horrible for her. Also, they force the 'no deposit' option (which is just a monthly subscription) purely as a way to make money.

GoogleBeing new to the country, Leaders (especially Nicki) made the letting process as seamless as possible. Attentive, responsive, and a sense of urgency with everything they did. Problems with the flat did arise, but the Cambridge office has been nothing but helpful and were quick to fix anything that came up.

GoogleAbsolutely incompetent. They tried to involve us in a monthly deposit scheme, the apartment was dirty to the point where they had to offer us some compensation, and communication is abysmal (it required dozens of emails and months to get our deposit back from them).
