We recently sold our house with Hockey's estate agents. We initially met with Jeremy but also had support from Liam. We decided to go with Hockeys as I liked the strategy they presented for selling our house, the price was very competitive and I felt like they were friendlier than some of the other more pushy estate agents! Jeremy, as well as some of the other agents, said that he had a potential buyer lined up. This turned out to be true and we accepted an offer the day after putting it on the market. We had some issues with solicitors during our sale and Jeremy and Liam were extremely helpful in helping us find a new one, reassuring our buyer and moving things along. I do think that our sale would have taken much longer without their proactive approach. I would recommend Hockeys without hesitation.

Absolute disgrace!! We travelled 3 hours to meet on a new build site that Hockeys are the agents for. After arriving at site and heading to showroom reception to be met be a builder with a hard hat. Anyhow he knew nothing about this so we drove over to the street with the available plots and waited, and waited. Anyhow half hour later in need of refreshments and use if the ladies! My oh decided to ring and inquire of the whereabouts of our agent...Was informed we had came through to another site and that they would go try find out what was going on!.. Good job we never sat and waited ✋️ no show.... equals No sale!! Couldn't even be bothered to send an e mail explaining or apologising for the time taken out of our busy schedule along with the long drive to get there! Needless to say won't be using them again. Will go buy elsewhere!

Absolutely horrendous service, Girl on the desk answered my call last week about a viewing in Waterbeach. She arranged the time with me and I confirmed I could make 8:45. No one turned up. I called them to see where the estate agent is for them to say that they never confirmed it and they can't make it. Wasted my time for no reason. And just as my house is going up for sale in Northstowe I will be sure not to use Hockeys at all. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I, we bought our first property with Hockeys and they were extremely good for lots of reasons. First I was very nervous with our first "big step" and they explained everything smoothly, they help with all the questions that I had because lots of paper work is involved in buying a house and the most important thing was they are very flexible and understanding. As I am not British I had lots of questions and I was so scared but they explained all the steps by email, phone, voicemail. We used Hockeys for a recent purchase of a property in Cambridge. As first time buyers, the process of a house purchase was both novel and complex. The team at Hockeys were fantastic, particularly Alex Milne who worked very hard to make sure that we were fully briefed on the process, kept updated on the status of our purchase, and would try and get updates for us when the process went quiet. Our purchase was quite lengthy due to other buyers within the chain, and despite frustrations Alex was constantly positive and reassured us when we felt frustrated.
