Wow these guys are top class. Smashed the stereotype of estate agents. I've worked with quite a few, and these guys are next level. I had 3 local agencies come and visit, and I chose Hockeys because Philip was smart and genuine (which appealed more than the sales pitches of the others). It was the right decision, because Philip had a well-thought out selling strategy, which meant my selling price far exceeded expectations. And the process itself was smooth. Most importantly, I trusted both Philip and Liam - which is pretty damn important (and rare in this business). Thanks guys

Fantastic experience selling and buying with Hockeys. They were very responsive (especially over the phone) and proactive. Poppy especially was absolutely fantastic in getting things done between the various solicitors. Sometimes estate agents get a bad rep but I actually think Hockeys were great. Straight forward, no lying, no inflated valuations and overall really helpful. I was really happy with the quality of the photos and videos, and the Streets app that they use. Their partnered mortgage advisor saved us a substantial amount of money as well.

I have requested review a property and received a confirmation email from them but at the same time received a cancel booking email. therefore i called them and asked what is the reason why you cancel my booking and she said your maximum afford price just 400,000 and someone has asked for 420000 for the property and therefore I cancel your booking. Why don't you explain to me first before cancel my booking. I have received a call from them and very appreciate that they took my complaint seriously and try to solve the problem for me.

Absolutely superb! Highly recommended! So glad we went with Hockeys for our recent house sale. Ben Osborne and his Team made sure that our journey was professionally managed from start to finish. Hockeys have been exceptionally helpful every step of the way from the getting the house marketed perfectly, videos and photographs to an excellent standard. All viewings where professionally organised and keeping us updated every step of the way with prompt feedback and most importantly, chasing the other people in our chain and solicitors! Ben and his team handled our sale regularly checking in with everyone and keeping us and our buyers updated all the way through to completion, I don't know how we would have managed without his help it made the always stressful process of moving much less stressful. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, well informed, and knowledgeable throughout, as well as very clear and honest.
