Despite being part of a long chain, and the process being significantly delayed due to the pandemic, their brilliant customer service was unwavering. Ben has been fantastic and we have already recommended Hockeys to a number of people - by far the best estate agent we have dealt with in the last year (and that is a lot!)!

GoogleHockeys is a very professional agent. Jeremy and Alex were my main interface during my purchase process in Cambridge. The whole process was kind of stressful as chain was very long and seller postponed the milestone for several times. It was Jeremy and Alex who helped to facilitate the process and make sure the deal fianlly settled. Joe and Sanmantha were very nice too. I recommend you to work with Hockeys.

From the start Ellis was always clear, helpful with our questions (we had many) and throughout the whole process was very responsive and always keeping us informed of everything. Everyone we spoke to at Hockeys was always helpful and professional. Most importantly they helped the sale go as smoothly as possible. Would use them again in the future

GoogleI dealt with Joseph Moore and sold a house in Earith. I invited 4 different agents round and picked Hockeys because they seemed to have a good idea of the property's saleable features, had good local knowledge, showed people round personally (vs delegating to a viewing person), had a generally professional manner, offered a "premium" listing, and followed up the initial appointment. The house sold in around a week.

GoogleI was a buyer so didn't choose Hockeys but Jonathan was really helpful in a long-running process with really difficult seller's solicitors. It definitely would have fallen through if he wasn't so active throughout. Poor post sale service though, once they’re paid they don’t want to put any extra work in.

All my questions and queries throughout from offer to completion were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I was kept up to date with all aspects of the move and was updated more from Hockeys than my own estate agent. I would definitely recommend using them. FacebookBest possible service ever - highly professional, really quick in responding, and very easy to deal with. We purchased our new property through Hockeys without any challenges whatsoever. Everything went very smoothly, and thanks to Philip Dickinson we even managed to hit the deadline for stamp duty holidays. My wife and I would give 10 stars, if the system let us.
