The locking mechanism of my door was not working so Richard came to have a look given the property is still under warranty. He was very friendly, showed up on time and worked quickly to resolve the issue.He also quickly talked me through the issue when he was done. Very personable, professional and effective! Great to have Barry today who came on time to attend the issues on window lock, wall peeling. Other than the scheduled tasks, he was also eager to help on ceiling light and sealing pipework gap patiently despite not scheduled yet. Not forgotten was the good arrangement on these from Claire (cust service). Feel very grateful to them.

I had James Lennox come to my new build property to sort out a couple of issues with paint flashing through and uneven plaster finish on walls, carried out the works in just a couple of hours, much better finish than before, really friendly and professional!

Alan came to review an issue we were having, he was polite and friendly. He wasn't able to actually resolve our issue (no fault of his own) but he still tried to help as much as he could.
